Many, many thanks for the heads up once again. (So glad it’s not at Wiltons- great space, awful area of London to get to...) Booked! And looking forward to it. Poor @ryan - he’s already on the National Express to Manchester...

Poor @ryan - he’s already on the National Express to Manchester... As if Ryan would ever lower himself to travel on a coach, with other people!

Poor Ryan - he’s booked for Manchester already... No worries. I shall enjoy the adventure, I love travelling abroad. I've even bought some new hiking boots for my visit to Mount Hester. Someone also told me that if I go to somewhere called Traffs Fjord nearby, there's a shopping centre actually ON a cruise ship. To be honest I thought you only got fjords in Norway but it all sounds thrilling.

As if Ryan would ever lower himself to travel on a coach, with other people! What's a coach? I believe they teach people how to play sports, and shout.

Bradley just replied to my tweet regarding if he and the full cast will return, he replied full details to be announced soon with a smiley face, so I'm assuming he at least will be returning, as he has been sharing stuff on twitter about it all day, and how excited he is. Which is fine by me, him topless, I'm there!

Based on the video I've just seen..the band sounds terrific. Can't say anything good or bad about the cast, but they look a bit ArtsEd. I just don't get Pippin. I saw it at the A.R.T. in Boston where it was developed prior to its recent successful Broadway revival. Patina was dangerous and sexy, Charlotte danced her tits off, Andrea Martin was queen, but..I just didn't get it. I'm sure the show is a metaphor of something, I just couldn't be bothered to figure out a metaphor to what.
Considering the semi-recent run at the Menier (which I didn't get the chance to see), I'm not sure the necessity to bring this work to London. I normally adore the Southwark programming, and was hoping for something that wasn't done in London before similar to The Life, Carrie, In the Heights, Titanic or Side Show.
I might still end up seeing it because I have some slots in March and Southwark Playhouse is my favorite fringe venue.

Its sounds like its traverse style, like Grand Hotel was at the Southwark Playhouse. The sight lines at that were terrible.

Not according to the seating plan. (Posted same time as above poster; same point noted.)
They did tell me that Row A centre is being held back at the moment...

My bad. I thought they would have presented it the same way as it was in Manchester, instead of having to restage it for a different space.
I'm not a huge fan of Pippin but i booked for the last preview. At those prices it would be rude not to!

Booked for the first preview. I've never seen a professional production of Pippin so really looking forward to it.
