Apparently John Barrowman and the Krankies come as a package. Indeed they do. It's in the contracts, they go together!

Interesting that they all work together or effectively John says wherever he goes they appear too.

John Barrowman's Dick has been the talk of theatreland up and down the country for years. But you can never see enough Dicks, I say, so it'll be refreshing to see Charlie's this year. I'm sure it'll be admired by many of us.

I'm sure Charlie's Dick will not disappoint and what a venue to show it off in.

Speaking of Charlie's actual dick, if anyone wants to see a performance of his in West End Bares 2014, he gets down to his pants then completely naked! I'll link it, he's the male dancer on the left. And nice to see him do a completely different style of dance too (like that is what we are looking at!):

As much as I enjoy a good Dick comparison, I'm gonna attempt to put this thread back on track by asking if anyone can advice whether it's likely they'll do Day Seats/Student Tickets for this? I've no idea if they will since it's a limited run and a panto, but the combination of Charlie, Emma and the chance to see La Paige is enough to entice me out of my panto dry spell and get myself a good dose of Dick this Xmas. I recall the monkey saying they put some performances up for GILT last year, so I may just have to wait for that if no other discounts are to be had, the prices are rather eye-watering for a student and let's be honest the balcony is no place to be if I want a good view of Mr. Stemp's Dick.

I would not put money on it as I guess it is such a money spinner, the limited engagement and star billing. I would think you will need to pay top dollar for a good look at Charlie's dick.

Have managed to fit Dick in on my Christmas London visit as have managed to slip Dick in on Tuesday afternoon between An American in Paris on Mon night and Everyone's talking about Jamie on Tues night . Wouldn't want to deprive myself of Dick.

Chqrlie has replied to someone on twitter saying he will be doing the whole run of the show before going over to Dolly! Which is crazy considering there is a very smal window for rehearsals!

I think I saw Baz reply to someone saying that Charlie's rehearsaing Hello Dolly before he starts Dick, then getting 5 days to recap everything between Dick ending and his opening night on Broadway. It's going to be a very busy time for him!

Well if Charlie's Dick is anything like Natasha's Cinderella last year he wont have much to do other than be the butt of Julian Clary's jokes!

I'm afraid Charlie's Dick is going to have a very hard time in the hands of Julian.....
OK ..... stop now!!!

In fairness, its probably a good thing for Charlie to not have a role that the whole show revolves around, rather just be the piece that moves the story along. As he has just had Half a Sixpence on his back since July 2016, and will probably be learning lines for Dolly between shows haha.

Dolly is going dark from Jan 11-Jan 19 for the whole company and honestly, Barnaby Tucker is a great role but not huge so he'll be fine!

I thought I would join in the spirit of pantomime with my latest avatar, but I see I have no chance of competing with what the rest of you are contributing!
My avatar is from 'Aladdin' at the old Pindar of Wakefield in Gray's Inn Road and Widow Twanky is Kent Baker.

Please god make sure Paige doesn’t laugh onstage. If she does I’m going to start booing her.

Apparently Elaine and Julian sing a duet together in this. According to Julian "it will be a career highlight for one of us!"
