Found this from TodayTix in my Junk box.
Thank you for using TodayTix to purchase tickets for 'Sunday in the Park with George' at the Savoy Theatre.
We are writing to inform you that the run of this show (due to commence performances on 5th June 2020) has been postponed. We are currently working with the production team to confirm details of new performance dates in 2021, ensuring that our customers attain tickets to see this highly-anticipated production.
“We are, of course, disappointed to postpone our upcoming season, but know that safety is a top priority and science must lead the way. London’s West End is incredibly special to me, and it will be an absolute honor to return to the stage so we can eventually share Sunday In The Park With George with audiences in 2021." Jake Gyllenhaal
"As we all do our part to make the world a safe place for ourselves and our neighbours, it is with a heavy heart that this production of Sunday in the Park With George is postponed. I believe at the end of this storm; we will be together again in “our perfect park” on a beautiful Sunday." Annaleigh Ashford
"We are happy that despite having to postpone the imminent production of Sunday in the Park with George, London audiences will eventually get to see Jake Gyllenhaal and Annaleigh Ashford reprising their wonderful performances alongside a terrific British company." James Lapine & Stephen Sondheim
Rest assured, we will inform all affected TodayTix customers of the new season dates and next steps for your booking for ‘Sunday in the Park with George’ as soon as we possibly can. Please do not contact us, we will be in touch as soon as we have more information - we cannot amend your booking until new dates are confirmed with the producers of the show. N.B. We will contact you via the details on your TodayTix account, please ensure that these contact details are correct & up-to-date.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.

This is the email that I just received
Dear Anthony,
Thank you for contacting ATG Tickets.
You refund should be processed within the next 14 days. Please note your bank may take up to a further 7-14 days to recognise the payment.
In the meantime, thank you again for your patience during this exceptionally busy time for our teams.
Kind regards,
Customer Services Advisor

Up to 14 days to recognise a payment seems a little excessive. Will it be wearing a mask, or summat?

I asked why my transaction fee wasn't refunded and got the following. Seems a little shady to me but I can't really be arsed with them anymore...
The Transaction and Booking Fees we charge are often the only revenue we collect to ensure our brands provide a high-quality booking service to ATG venues – 365 days a year. These fees will cover the cost of processing your booking from start to finish. In the event of a refund, the amount refunded is the price paid for the ticket(s) including any per ticket booking fees; but excluding the per order Transaction Fee. This is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the STAR Code of Practice.

It's not Sondheim or George but this song about quarantining features beautiful lyrics and music from Jeanine Tesori and David Lindsay-Abaire and is performed with incomparable style by my future husband, Jake Gyllenhaal. What a lovely gift to the world.

No phone call but two very brief emails and ATG confirm they will refund me. Hurrah.

Just phoned to ask for my refund, it's too much money to be sat in ATG's bank account rather than mine, and especially as they don't know when it will be rescheduled to yet. But not too bad, about 10 minute wait on the call, was told I will be added to a list for the refunds, not sure how long it will take, but they said they will email when it's done...so fingers crossed.

Took a few attempts to actually get through but once there, managed to get refunds for both Sunday and The Doctor which I was supposed to attend this past Monday! Told it would take 3-5days to arrive, no arguing back, no offering of vouchers etc., very straightforward experience. Call time including waiting/holding came to just over 20mins

They rang me today to arrange the refund that I requested last Tuesday as I had paid by PayPal and they were unable to refund to there so had to choose a card to refund to. Very quick and friendly service.

I must give credit where its due. Refunds arrived yesterday. Only just checked but it did arrive so I suppose it depends on who you get? Anyways, that money will probably be reinvested in theatre sometime again in the future but for now, don't give up fellow board members! Finish the hat!

I'm still waiting! I'm not desperate for the money back but interesting I've had refunds processed so much more efficiently by The Barbican Centre, Royal Albert Hall, The Bridge Theatre, Cadogan Hall and, even, the giant AXS (that one was done in 24 hours). Hard not to think ATG is holding out as long as they can.

Sent them a very strongly worded email, took them 3 days to respond saying my refund would be processed with 10-14 days, amazingly it appeared in my account 2 days later

I emailed them twice (they ignored the first one) asking for a refund. They just responded to the second one saying my refund will be processed within 14 days, and may take another 10-14 days to reappear in my bank account. Thankfully i’m not in a huge rush for the money, but this would be really poor service for somebody in desperate need of their refund.

No luck here either. Latest message states that they’re processing refunds in chronological order of performance. As I’d booked for early July, that doesn’t sound like anytime soon. Not sure what to do next...

I just wish they would be consistent with their answers. I was told on the phone 2 weeks ago that my refunds would 3-5 days and still nothing yet others are being told of longer waits. Almost as if the pluck an answer out of the air.
