Have Romeo & Juliet started rehearsals yet? I only ask because Tom Holland has been promoting a short film Last Call at various film festivals which he starred in and is written and directed by his brother Harry.

I was just browsing listings on different sites planning my theatre visits for later in the year, and was surprised there was a “buy tickets” button for R&J on the WOS site..….so I clicked and there are quite a few tickets available for EVERY performance it seems……for TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE QUID!!!!! £275!!!!!!!! 😱 “Sold out” my bottom. Well yes, these will have been premium producers holds that get released when they know what they do and don't need. This happens on every show - Prima Facie etc

My mate alerted me to the extra tickets so I managed to nab some - which makes up slightly for how pissed off I was about the key worker situation 🤣

I just paid £75 for box seats but I’m mostly pleased to have tickets because my FOMO was kicking in on this one.
I’ll say it again I LOVE THIS BOARD.

Each week, starting on Wednesday 8th May at 10am, a small number of £25 standing tickets will be released. I might have to wait for this.. but I have no doubt that it’ll be hell to buy these tickets too. I’ve got a £95 matinee seat ticket in my basket now, but I think that price is absurd ….

I bought 2 yesterday as I figured it would be easy enough to sell on the other ticket, but then my friend said she'd come again anyway 🤣

A big thank you to this board for the heads up.
Managed to grab a dress circle box for July (first time sitting in one and following the Theatremonkey’s recommendation that they’re good value when sold mid-price - £75 in this case)

I was too slow and they seem to have all gone now, only £250 tickets left. Disappointed again, especially to miss tickets at £45. Will have to try for the standing tickets
