Just tried to re-join the pre-sale to see what happens and it says pre-sale has sold out. Good luck to everyone in the general sale! I did the same and it shows me available tickets

Presale definitely not sold out. I still have the calendar page open and there’s a lot of tickets.

The irony being Most people attending for the starring actor Probably won’t understand half the play anyway Oh come on. Don’t be such a snob. It’s Romeo and Juliet, EVERYBODY did it at school. I’ll wager more than 50% of Brits can quote at least a few lines. It was even adapted as an animated film involving gnomes ffs it’s the single most widely known Shakespeare there is. Exactly. "To be or not to be...", right? Can't wait to see Tom's Hamlet.

I simply don’t believe that they’ve actually sold out. There was perhaps a presale cap on the number of tickets they would sell and they’ve decided to hold the rest back for general sale but there were so many available 90min ago across pretty much every performance that there must still be plenty left. Annoying for anyone who’s queued for 3 3/4 hrs having to join a new queue though…
Although you have to wonder if many new people will be trying to book from 12:00 - anyone keen enough to want to book as soon as it goes onsale surely signed up for presale as it was free and all over the advertising.

They're adding tickets as well. Saw some new £25 ones before being kicked

Randomly got £25 ones on a very early May date. ATG have to sort themselves out... but I do feel fairly lucky with the pricing on this one? Decent amount of tickets under £50, and the top price is (thus far) nothing like the recent controversies. Of course that will change with dynamic pricing, but this is possibly a good sign - Jamie Lloyd Co's influence?

I'm not a keyworker myself, but I really hope for the sake of those who are that it is properly managed and the right tickets go to the right people. I recall a similar deal for Sunset but no actual checks were done (as far as I am aware). I panicked about having the right paperwork with me (as don't really have paperwork proving my role) and it was just a normal scan. I'm more concerned with getting the tickets though, my friend has her heart set on it and is one the scheme would really benefit (assuming they are good seats at keyworker price again! I can settle for rear of the top level occasionally) They’ll do the cheap seats for under 25s and key workers again, right? Holding out for that but I’m losing hope after this online queue haha

They haven’t added much, a few package seats. No price rise yet.

Like many others, queued all morning, getting nowhere near the head of the queue. Kicked out to join the general queue and am now at 4,237 in that, with no discernible movement, unlike the pre-sale queue which did at least go down with every refresh. Seems no benefit to ATG members if pre-sale sign up was free, which is irritating, but pre-sales are not the main reason I have membership, that's a simple financial arguement.

Instantly accessible on Love Theatre with no mark up £125 and above showing. Maybe no markups but no bargains Edit: just got through the main queue again and guess that is pretty much all that is left!

Yeah that’s basically all there was, they had only added £165 package seats to stalls row C for the general sale.
