Let's hope that we hear an announcement very soon from this one, surely can't be long?

At Steven Schwartz 75th anniversary concert recently he said it was coming to London this summer and also said he is coming over for Pippin next week so wonder if the announcement will coincide with his visit.

That's a really interesting point! It would be the opportune time to re-announce it officially, I just hope the production hasn't fallen through at all in the wait.

Excited for this! Interesting that 'cabaret tables' are one of the ticket options.

So now we start the casting rumours...
My dream pair is Robert Lindsay and Laura Michelle Kelly, she's been away for far too long!

In the seating setup in the “standard” way like for JERRY’S GIRLS?

Is it still bench seating in there or are there proper seats now?
Last time I went was Aspects of Love and we were all sat on top of each other.
But I’d really like to see this!

I saw the seating plan. It’s 5/6 rows of seats on either side of the stage and then cabaret seats on the left side of the stage.

Don’t think I’ve ever booked something at the Chocolate Factory so fast - this has been on my ‘pay whatever I have to’ list for ages!
Really intrigued to see who they cast!
Thrilled this is happening!

Thrilled this is happening! I would like to see this too, as it sort of has a ‘cult’ following. The score is wonderful, but the plot, to be honest, seems wafer-thin. There must be a reason why this has generally been a flop in the past. Hopefully, changes to the structure of the show will have been made, but if I manage to get tickets (I’m not a member of the MCF), I still think it’ll be one for the hardcore musical theatre fans, rather than having a wider, more general appeal. I’m glad it’s happening though (but I wouldn’t necessarily ‘pay whatever I have to’ in order to see it). I cannot see the seating plans etc… Is it selling well so far?

Excited for Lucie, but who tf is he? A very, very good veteran performer who will do a fantastic job and who I’m glad to see be given a starring role like this.
