Just seen this tonight and enjoyed it. Knew little about it other than it focused on Ian Charleson’s Hamlet. I am not of the generation that was able to see his performance but have always been fascinated with it and enjoyed a posthumous book on him in lockdown. So this was a real treat to watch and bring light to this legendary theatrical story.
Dickie Beau has created a very interesting and imaginative production that is unlike any show i have seen before, which mixes theatre, documentary and cabaret.
I also think between this and The Motive and the Cue ( I a more yet to see) you could have an interesting two show day about the Great Dane.
