Good odds on this but I thought someone said it was booked into the Garrick? Still, someone also said Giant would be at the Apollo when it's just announced to go the Harold Pinter. I don't remember a reference to the Garrick, just somebody saying they knew they had a theatre booked. We're all just guessing based on availability timings I think aren't we? Haha. Why wait for a theatre you can't have until the end of April when you could have one at the beginning of March? So, now that The Years & Giant have come to fruition, what else are we predicting and where..? The Comedy About Spies, Becoming Nancy, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Natasha Pierre etc, Hamlet (RSC), Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Manhunt? We're running low on gossip! I can't find the post about The Producers going to the Garrick now but I'm sure I did read it somewhere here! The Apollo makes more sense though. I too would love a few more hints or bits of gossip about plays coming next year. The Shining remains on the the cards (maybe autumn at the Pinter?) Also hoping that Stereophonic announces its West End transfer soon (rumoured for the Duke of Yorks). The longer time goes on without it, the more I wonder if the law suit has impacted on the plans. I also think The Cabinet Minister might transfer.

It was announced on here that The Producers had found a West End home, albeit a bit strange to announce that before its press night.

Whatever happened to The Hunger Games announced for January 2025 and now not even a hint. Was that meant to be going into a purpose-built theatre? Not that I recall ever seeing a mention of.

Given Mischief and Kenny Wax have a relationship with Nimax, I would have thought the Apollo would be likely for The Comedy About Spies. If The Producers is transferring, it does has other options like the Nöel Coward which is free from the end of March or The Wyndham's in April after Inside No 9.

Looks like West Theatres for the first four months of 2025 are now filled up, I would imagine whatever replacing Elektra from mid to late April at the Duke of York's will be announced soon, I'm hoping it's Stereophonic.

Well I never saw My Master Builder or Retrograde coming. However I can see Great Comet and Cat transferring.
Also looks like Elf will be back at the Dominion next Christmas.

Lol, yeah. TDWP's days may be numbered. How long's it booking for? The Dominion needs a sell-out family hit and Elf will always sell an amount to keep the doors open. But it is really sad to watch the Dominion just play the most boring stuff constantly... a touring Rocky Horror... seriously? At risk of sounding like a broken record, I still would like Beetlejuice in a place like that but the jury's out on whether that'll happen AND stay afloat

The main venues missing for me are the Ambassadors and the Criterion 🤔 Not even heard rumours for either of them.

I have a hunch that The Curious Case of Benjamin Button will close on 22nd Feb.

The Ambassadors isn't a great theatre for a lot of shows due to its capacity,

Criterion/Ambassadors both have size issues and bad sight lines too. Too small for plays like Cat on a Hot Tin Roof or Stereophonic for example.

Taken my eye off the ball - what’s next on the books for the Theatre Royal Haymarket after Waiting For Godot?

Taken my eye off the ball - what’s next on the books for the Theatre Royal Haymarket after Waiting For Godot? Bill bailey is doing his standup over Christmas and most of January. Then two transfers which were announced in September.

Does the criterion have a show lined up after Titanique or is there a chance the show extends?
