What do we think the chances are of this tour extending to cities such as Belfast, Plymouth, Glasgow, Aberdeen etc. It has never been to Belfast so i'm unsure if it would fit into the Grand Opera House but the other three were visited on the original tour but have never been revisited.

It wouldn't fit into the Grand Opera House, it's the same reason The Lion King just does Dublin because the Bord Gais is the only theatre that's big enough. |

I would love to see Wicked in Manchester, but I'm not booking 2 years ahead, thank you very much! I hope the ticket terms & conditions includes a refund for anyone who dies during the 2 years between booking & the performance! |

Peter Kay has dates for 2024 and 2025, I'm in good health but even I wouldn't risk booking for anything that far in advance.

I imagine Laura Harrison will be Elphaba standby. I'm not entirely sure what other position she would be leaving London for.

I've seen stronger Elphabas vocally but I enjoy her interpretation and she's been very solid covering Lucie, far more so than the actual standby. |

I've been really impressed with Laura over the last few months. She has been incredibly consistent covering for Lucie (and Amy). Based on audios online, she is improving every single show.
I imagine if she is the standby for the tour, she will only get better and better as the vocals become more fluid for her! She will also have more time to develop the acting side of the role, putting her own unique stamp on it.

Laura for Elphaba. She was robbed in town, she should have replaced Lucie. She’s done over 45 shows which is unheard of as a 1st cover. She shouldn’t be standby, she should be on every night

Got my tickets in the pre-sale for Edinburgh. prices ranging from £20 up to £80.
Balcony is currently closed but I imagine they'll open it up when the general sale opens up.

I believe she hasn't performed in live theatre since leaving the tour. She has since had a child with her husband, and has been working as a fitness instructor/personal trainer! I'd really love to see Amy Ross return to Wicked at some point. By far one of the strongest acting performances I have ever seen from an Elphaba. |

I also want to throw support behind Courtney Stapleton as Elphaba. I saw her in Beauty & The Beast this week and at a couple points I was sitting watching her thinking ‘she’d smash Elphaba’.

So i am not certain this 'tour' refers to the current London show near Victoria Station. But if is does my question as follows,
Daugher 'had to' learn the songs - not really a fan and ..surpringing doesnt want to see it. But, the location suits our travels, and I do. From what i have seen on te' youtubes it looks..ok.
Is is a good one? a good couple hours. I didnt care much for &Juliet, a few moments perhaps / Wicked entertaining? and seating...stalls raised much? get someone with a big hairdo and your sutffed so to speak?

The search I used was: wicked site:theatreboard.co.uk My tip would be to book weekly rush, which is front row. I saw the London production just before Christmas and it's all performed very well, but I just find this hard to get into. Has a real fan base though. |
