Pocahontas, I have one of my favourite songs as my anthem 👍 what a great song it is too.

I went for Belle - nose always stuck in a book (when I’m not at the theatre, at least) and likely to do something impetuous in an attempt to rescue someone I care about and get myself in a sticky situation.

I'm not a Disney princess, I'm an adult male. <Pouts in a way I think looks rather attractive but just makes me look a bit camp - which one is that?>

I went for Aurora. Not because I'm remotely like her but because sleeping for a hundred years is extremely appealing, especially at the moment!

OK I'm going Aurora too. Not only do I love a nap, I've spent far too long waiting on men to turn up.

I went for Snow White. I run away from men and I'm always cleaning up other peoples mess.

Rapunzel, because I've taught myself a lot from books, I like lizards, I'd love to live in a tower, and there are many people I'd like to hit with a frying pan.

It subsequently occurred to me that Disney's Aurora doesn't actually sleep for a hundred years, she only gets a few days' nap at most. I've not seen the film for decades & have seen the ballet, where she does get in the full century, several times recently so forgot about Disney's plot change when I posted yesterday. Quite how Disney got away with removing the most famous part of the fairy tale I'm not quite sure!
