”A showcase fit for a Princess” at the Leicester Square Theatre on 19th September seeking to raise £4500 with a crowdfunder

The "CALL ME DIANA" Showcase will be staged on 19th September 2019, using existing funding. However, another £4,500 would enable us to enhance the entire performance and achieve a far better tribute. Our, Diana, Princess of Wales was, and will always be, one of the greatest humanitarians of our time, and with your help you can give many generations the opportunity to savour the legacy of the "People's Princess".
"CALL ME DIANA" is a long-awaited stage musical tribute and a celebration of the love for the remarkable Diana, Princess of Wales.
The "CALL ME DIANA" Showcase will be presented at The Leicester Square Theatre with two performances on 19 September 2019. For over 12 years the writers of "CALL ME DIANA", David Smart and Brian Watson have collaborated on this spectacular musical project. Their relationship was forged over many, many years working together, creating award-winning UK advertising campaigns. Our Story Editor, ex-Royal Correspondent, Richard Kay, was a personal friend of the Princess. With Richard, we knew he would not only give us the real story, but he would make sure we stayed faithful to the word 'tribute'.
The star of "CALL ME DIANA" is Natasha John, one of the 'Unexpected Stars' of Michael McIntyre's BIG SHOW. The production will be directed by John DeGaetano from the United States, along with his entire North Bay Stage Company team at The Leicester Square Theatre.
Diana, Princess of Wales was, and still is one of the greatest icons of our time. With your pledge, you could help give more people the opportunity to savour the memory and the legacy of the People's Princess.
Why are we looking to raise more funds?
As we have already mentioned, the "CALL ME DIANA" Showcase will be staged, in the Leicester Square Theatre on the 19th of September 2019, using our existing funds. However, in all honesty, another £4,500 would enable us to achieve a far better Showcase. Your additional support would give us the opportunity to perform the show's original music tracks with a larger orchestra, enhancing the presentation of the entire performance.
As encouragement, we are offering several exciting incentives! From getting your name in all "CALL ME DIANA" show programmes, or for a little extra you might prefer a show T'Shirt or two (2) tickets to the Showcase. There are many ways in which you can join in the excitement of presenting the "CALL ME DIANA" Showcase.
Even if we don't reach our goal here, our Showcase will go on, due to the generous contributors to our previous fundraising efforts. We can't thank you enough, and any new contributors will help us add the shine to the Showcase fit for a Princess.
