Anyone planning to see This will end badly at Southwark Playhouse (studio) next month? I've just booked. Friends saw it at the Edinburgh Fringe and highly recommended it. Plus I really liked Ben Whybrow in The Drowned Man so thought I'd give this a go. My first time seeing a show in the studio space at Southwark Playhouse.

I saw it at the Old Red Lion before it went to Edinburgh. I was a little confused by the multiple character thing, but it was brilliantly performed, I got there in the end.

is the title going to confuse people looking for the play that goes wrong? And is the title a promise?

Saw this today and loved it. Ben Whybrow was brilliant. Very impressive. It must be exhausting to play this role several times a week. It's just 65 minutes but that hour is intense.
