My 14 year old desperately wants to see this next week, guys. Is it suitable, please? To compare, she has seen musicals such as Heathers,Avenue Q,Billy Elliot,Jamie,Hair and Blood Brothers which have age restrictions on them She is seeing JCS next week as well. Also to save this lazy so and so scrolling back, where are the seats to avoid, please? Will send a virtual box of chocs via cyber-space for any info.Thanks. It has what are often referred to as "adult themes" and can be upsetting for people of any age. But there is unlikely to be anything new to the average 14 year old who has seen typical modern US TV set in High School. And IMHO it has positive messages such as the promoting of tolerance.

Red seats, stage right has a great view. I felt for the people sat on the other side. No excuse for it really, don't creatives and producers think?
It's not the best musical in a production that could be stronger. So everything is working against an evening in the theatre. But the power of the final ten minutes brought tears to my eyes - so a very mixed experience!
The tree has it previously started in The Inheritance?

Has anyone sat in the cheapest price band? Tier three I think. Nearly booking but wondering whether or not to splash out into tier 3 lol!

I think the view will be fine, as it raked and looking towards the playing area. No neck craning will be required. Also its not the biggest auditorium so you won't be too far away. As its not selling very well, you could be cheeky and move or ask the ushers if you can move

I bought a tier three ticket and was allowed to sit in the front two rows on either side at today's matinee. Stellar view, I absolutely cried my eyes out at the end. It could been executed even better in a better venue but they worked incredibly with what was given.

Haha, I was actually really pleasantly surprised, the air con definitely worked and it was a lot nicer in there than it was outside.

So I saw the last performance of this.... no doubt that it is very rough around the edges and it isn’t the best production, it has the emotional weight it needs and some bits were very clever. I was fed up about the stage shape but it doesn’t feel like you are in the school with them and the ending was heartbreaking. I have never balled by eyes out so much, Possibly the saddest show written tbh, Les mis doesn't touch it for me tbh! In one of the scenes in act two Peter and sister Chantelle were crying and they were struggling to get their words out. My heart has never ached at a show so much ahah! One day I wish for a production that is better to get the full effect of the show but this has the emotion heart at the end. The seats were awful as well! My back was hurting a bit after!
