What happened to the Old Vic musical that was announced? Or the SBC Trial of Dennis & Gnasher that was at The Southbank Centre? Is this a revamped version of that or something entirely new?

I’m guessing the OV and the SBC productions must have shelved for some reason and the Selladoor production is a brand new production. It will be interesting to see if this one materialises onto the stage. |

ATG Tour venues announced for 2020 -
Aylesbury Waterside Theatre - 23rd - 26th Jan
Liverpool Empire - 4th - 8th Feb
Alexandra Theatre, Birmingham - 25th - 29th Feb
Theatre Royal, Glasgow - 31st March - 4th April

I want to book this but preferably at its first venue, travel practicalities permitted. Does anyone know if that will be Aylesbury?
I can't locate a full list of the tour venues at present but New Wimbledon Theatre can be added to the ATG list, 17th to 21st March 2020.

What to expect?Is it actors in suits a la Postman Pat or Barney or have I misunderstood?Will the characters mime to a soundtrack?Sounds a bit weird and bizzare to me.

I'm going to have an educated guess that it will not be actors in suits and more like the Madagascar tour they're doing at the moment. Perhaps with gnasher as a puppet |

Just had a email from ATG saying that the producers of the musical have unfortunately had to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances. Gutted for the cast and creatives of the show. Hopefully someone will pick this show up in the future.

They've probably dropped this for Bring it On. |
