It's a busy place, if you look at rutlive.co.uk/whats-on/. Certainly not empty LOL. I'm hearing that "Wind In The Willows" is going to be a limited run, too, so that's going to continue. If it allows an annual panto again, that'd be brilliant, I think. Just had a look at the website quoted and for the 'events' they are hosting between 1 and 2 performances a week. So being well under utilised and the listed performances aren't guaranteed to sell out. |

Currently sold out up to 12 shows a week for a block busting pantomime though. When I saw the show the theatre was packed to the rafters!

It doesn't include things like TV recordings, private bookings and concerts sold through the promoter's site rather than the house one. Cheers thanks. I didn't realise it had an extended life, for other events. I walk past it a lot on my way home from work and sometimes you see something on there, but sometimes it does look neglected. I take it, it is trying to capture the market that the Hammersmith Odeon did so well doing? Obviously I am a theatre person and would love to see something theatrical in there, but not something that will die a death, it will need the right show. take it you had a good detox Monkey? |

take it you had a good detox Monkey? Alas, detox was tox - felled by something nasty for several days. Still, at least it was a reason to stay in bed, LOL. Monkey - colloquially it is known as something called a hangover. |
