Casting announced for this - Simon Day, James Marlowe and Laura Kirman. I've booked one of the first previews, mainly going to see this for Simon Day (a fan of him through his appearances in The Fast Show and Brian Pern), although I've only ever seen him doing stand-up and the Brian Pern night at the Apollo last year, so who knows what his theatrical skills will be like. The show starts at eight and I'm assuming it won't be a three hour epic, so even if the Southern rail trains are their usual crap self, I should be able to make it there and back with time to spare.

I hope you enjoy it. One of the few plays where I left at the interval as it really felt like watching paint dry. Each to their own though.

That good, eh? Ah well, I haven't paid that much for the ticket, and I wanted to give St. James another go after the shambles that was the John Hannah Uncle Vanya a couple of years ago - maybe it will be even longer before I go again if it really is that bad.
