The Miracle on 34th Street - HOME Manchester.

I was due to see this tonight but unfortunately today’s performances were cancelled due to illness sweeping through the cast. I just wanted to put it on record the great work from the HOME box office staff today in what was certainly a difficult day for them in contacting folk to make them aware of the situation. With both a email and telephone call in the morning to highlight the issue. I was able to pop down to the theatre after my trip to the Lowry to arrange a rebooking. With only restricted view tickets available at the same ticket price for the only Saturday matinee I could do during the run, the box office were kind enough to give me an upgrade to a front circle seat for the same price as my preview front stalls seat. If anybody from HOME reads this, I just want to say thank you very much for going out if your way to sort this out. It really is much appreciated.
