Mary Stuart - Almeida / Tour

I saw it yesterday afternoon too, and I loved it. Not been the Lowry before, and thought it was really nice. It amused me that they warned us as we went in that the first half was very long, but it just about flew by, I thought. I liked the length and the pace, I thought it needed it to make it really feel really rich and developed. I would like to see it again, either for the other casting or even just to see it again, as I really enjoyed it.

Apart from the two leads (obviously) I especially liked Elliot Levey.
