Loved this!!! With absolutely no cheating, here are my results:
I - 100% in 3 minutes 55 seconds
II - 100% in 6 minutes 07 seconds
III - 100% in 5 minutes 24 seconds
Do I win?!?!

At least I'm above average. 1) 23/30 Blood Brothers, Wonderland, Spring Awakening, La Cage aux Folles, Godspell, Side Show, Pippin 2) 23/30 Finian's Rainbow (wtf?), Assassins, Kiss Me Kate, Brigadoon (wtf?), Sunday in the Park with George, Sweet Charity, Cinderella 3) 20/30 Betty Blue Eyes, Gypsy, Ragtime, A Little Night Music, London Road (wtf?), The Drowsy Chaperone, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, Follies, The Umbrellas of Cherbourg (wtf?), Guys and Dolls There are even four shows I've never heard of before. |

I was appallingly bad at that. Roughly 20/30 each time. There were more Broadway shows in there than I expected. Great fun though! Thanks!

I enjoyed this, my youngest son (17) knew loads of these too. I didn't get some of the Broadway ones though, but pretty much 75% so I don't feel too bad

I don't think I've concentrated so hard on something in years.

Michael! I'm really surprised you didn't get some of those. The only one I should have known is Gentleman's Guide. As for Pippin and Godspell: I've never seen them, and, despite having the cast recordings in my collection, never listened to them. Blood Brothers went completely below my radar, and there are four shows I never even knew they existed. And then there is Sondheim: I can usually understand other people appreciating things that I don't, but everything Sondheim is just way beyond my understanding. But well done. Any chance there will be a fourth quiz? There are still many shows to be guessed. First Date, Rocky, Sound of Music, Something Rotten, School of Rock, Hamilton, Bombshell/Smash (yes I know), Priscilla, Elf, Spamalot, 9 to 5, Tanz der Vampire / Dance of the Vampires (quite obscure though), Tarzan, Wedding Singer, A Chorus Line, Urinetown, We Will Rock You (not sure anymore if it was already in parts 1-3), Hairspray (dito), Mormon (dito) |
