Matt Lucas talked about this recently on an Instagram Live with Rob Houchen (discussing their Musical Heaven podcast) that he was writing a novel in which the QR codes would lead to songs in the story (19 of them!) written and performed by him, with also the ambition to later do it as a stage adaptation.
