The Gillian Lynne could be empty by the end of the Summer …. Crazy for You is selling incredibly badly Checked the seating plan for tonight's performance before and after the raves have come out today. Big difference! I think CFY will be just fine for it's run.

Assassins is my favourite Sondheim, but there's no chance of it selling out a large space in central London. I'm struggling to see how even the extended run of Old Friends is going to sustain an audience.
Assassins is the type of show I could see going into somewhere like The Vaults, where they can dress up the whole space and make it into event theatre (but not the Chichester production, as that's just too big).

Hasn’t it already been said on this thread that it’s transferring to the Young Vic? Or did I imagine that?!

It has a bit of a challenge in production size vs theatre it can realistically sustain a run in.

The problem with seating plans is so many tickets now are kept off sale initially, or only available through certain agencies, that it's hard to get a good picture of the situation from a single place. Crazy For You had a TodayTix offer, I've been winning the lottery twice a week, it discounts daily through TKTS, it's also clearing tickets through Rush. I don't know about papering (whenever people mention this, I'm clearly signed up in the wrong places). It's filling up, but not well in advance.
I think the Young Vic was speculation as a venue. I feel that Assassins would fit in there.
There's also potentially The Other Palace if Heathers doesn't extend (depending if the size is workable).

Man, I’d love to visit the Other Palace again so hopefully something else can move in there.

I am going to keep saying this but the Chichester main stage is big, you can't go from a 1200 seat theatre with a thrust stage to a 300 seater theatre like TOP.

National Theatre.. Olivier… How long are the runs at the National usually? Is this a serious possibility? Wasn’t aware NT host others’ productions in this way?
