And that is where Ben Whishaw will be before "Waiting for Godot". Very interesting shows!

Sorry to be a naysayer but I think it's a slightly underwhelming season. Only two main shows in the Jerwood Downstairs (in addition to Echo running for two weeks), and there seems to be a gap between 27th July and 20th September. I see the Dahl play was originally developed for the Bridge. Upstairs is better.

Really wanted Dana H to appear. Chances of it coming to London?
Excited for the Lithgow and Whishaw though. I’ve always wanted to see Lithgow onstage.

For me personally that's a really nice looking season, especially considering the past few announcements have been really disappointing. Although the whole 'a new performer takes to the stage each night unaware of what's on the script' thing has really had its day now surely?

I think the new season looks rather exciting and a real statement of intent. A variety of shows on offer, and I'll definitely be booking Dugsi Dayz which sounds like great fun - makes sense given it debuted at the new AD's old stomping ground New Diorama, which rather excelled at playful productions during his tenure.

Wow, that's very interesting. Mixture of niche, art, broad-based appeal, and casting that should get the RC back in mainstream media.
Might be time to reactivate the membership ..

Giant is only on for 2 weeks? No, from the 20th of September to the 16th of November.

I wonder why Giant is listed as being performed at multiple venues. London and New York?

I wonder why Giant is listed as being performed at multiple venues. London and New York? I thought this was an error. When I scrolled down, one of the performances of it was listed as the Jerwood Upstairs, which can't be right. Also the times on the website weren't right either, it said something like Monday to Friday at 2.30 and 7.30 when in fact there are very few midweek matinees, if any.

I was at Nicholas Hytner’s talk on Sunday where he gave us a sneak preview into this and he spoke of his praise for Byrne. In particular, he said he hopes this new chapter in the Court’s life will help the theatre move away from its recent antisemitic controversies and present engaging work that will restore its place as a leading theatre. Very excited for Giant but looking forward to being back in the Royal Court in general - the season looks fantastic

I am thinking of reinstating my membership to get early access on the £15 Monday allocation. Does anyone know what it means when it says "a maximum of four advanced Monday tickets per person." Is that per show, per performance or even per season?

Am I misreading this - about an 8-week gap between ECHO and Giant?

Anyone else trying to book and just being hit with website errors? I'm a member so booked last week but the website crashed even then.

It seems to have sorted itself out and I was able to book for Giant.

No good for me - tried on two different laptops. Just emptied my basket and keeps asking me to confirm cookies every 2 seconds. Perhaps it's a sign...

I've managed to now, but had to book separately for each production I wanted (Bluets, Dugzi Days, and Giant).
Annoyingly they wouldn't register the promo code I had because I'd input it earlier when their checkouts weren't working, so I lost out on a tenner. I guess I should complain to them?

I paused my advert blocking on the website and that seemed to have helped (or it might just be coincidence?).
