Tbh once you got used to gimmick of Network, it was actually rather enjoyable...but I wanted to slap him halfway through All About Eve 🙃 I actually left All About Eve due to the camera works

Hope the other project is a play revival rather than a film adaptation. I personally think Hove is better reimaging plays rather than films.

Is there any update on this? Earlier posters in the know (or perhaps not, who knows?) suggested end of this year in the Pinter. Anything more recent rumbling around?

Not convinced Stiller would still be attached - he writes/produces/directs Severance which seems to take up a lot of his time as a successful show, with the time he dedicates required even more so now with the writers strike.

Any updates on this at all?
It is killing me how there have been no official follow ups since it was initially teased.
Really hoping for it, but would be very surprised if Ben Stiller is still involved.

What a shame...I knew it sounded too good to be true in the end

Good. I'd far rather he spent his time directing the Greeks or some Shakespeare or a big modern classic than another slightly pointless movie adaptation. Or some opera: he's just done Don Giovanni at the Met; when is the ROH going to give him a chance?!

This appears to be back on. The tail end of this piece in today's Guardian with Rufus Wainwright, Sheridan Smith and Ivo van Hove talking about Opening Night says (my emphasis)
