Phew! That email subject line panicked me too. Really hope this doesn’t have to close early, it’s such a wonderful show. I’d far rather see this than a panto over Christmas so hopefully the holiday season will give it a boost.

Finally looking to see this and I just wanted to check a couple of things with regards to the lotteries:
a) Am I right in thinking I've got a good chance of winning? If you've entered, how quickly after entering did you win?
b) For the Monday lottery, does the four week period start the week after or does it start the week of the draw? (E.g. say I won the lottery on 6 November. Would my four week period be w/c6 November-27 November or w/c13 December to 4 December?

Every Monday at 1pm for performances up to 4 weeks in advance. Every Friday at 1pm for performances for the following week. So as long as you can make time to click the link they've sent, at 1pm, you should find it easy to get good seats at £20 and £30. Keep in mind that there are even some ordinary price tickets - outside of this scheme - for £15, but the attraction of this 'lottery' is that the £20 and £30 seats have been reduced in price. Looking at my email they sent me on Friday, I click the link and can see tickets for this week, AND four week after that - so five weeks in all. Not sure why that is. The Monday email shows tickets for that same week (that began with the Monday itself). Doesn't quite answer your question b) as what they're doing seems in excess of what they said. |

They don't normally sell out...the ones they don't sell will be up for grabs next Monday. CFY vs G&D I am in a quandary 😐 I’ve seen both and they were equally great. The leads were excellent in both. Guys & Dolls edges it for me, with its innovative staging - really clever use of the space. Highly recommend the Mindy’s Cheesecake in the bar too 😀 |

Just had an e mail to say that my booking for the 20th Jan has been cancelled.
Looking at the website the last show is now 31st Dec so they have cut the run short.
This is such a shame as I'd booked for the last performance and not sure I want to go out on NYE even though its a 1pm show.

I've just had an email to say the show I booked on 12th January won't be going ahead. Gutted as this was the only chance for me to see it. Assuming it is closing earlier than planned

It's a shame it's closing 3 weeks early but it hasn't been a bad length of a run overall.
But the comparison with Guys & Dolls is interesting, as that shows no sign of running out of steam yet. I wonder why that has fared better than Crazy for You - the immersive factor with G&D perhaps?

Ending during the Christmas holidays make sense. I wouldn't be surprised if the producers are banking on people transferring their bookings to ensure fuller houses in the final weeks.

Similar thing happened with Get Up, Stand Up! where they cancelled their few January shows and their last few weeks of performances were complete sell outs |

Such a shame to read they’ve decided to cut the last few weeks - I’d hoped as they’d made it this far they’d complete the run as scheduled.
Here’s hoping for packed houses in the final weeks - perhaps people booked for Jan re-booking for Dec, plus a boost from the Royal Variety Performance will mean it’s a sell out through to NYE.
