Yes, but is that the final artwork? If so, it's not very exciting, is it? It says Jonathan Bailey so it’s as exciting as it needs to be

We're hardly in a golden age of poster designing, every play's artwork is just a pic of the most famous cast member with a vague background

What was the runtime for previous incarnations of this? I believe it's a 90 minute no interval kinda play.

I wonder if anyone would do The Human Voice and Cock on the same night? The former is at 1830 and I think 75 minutes long then Cock is at 8pm, it's an eight minute walk between the Pinter and The Ambassadors so it is doable but risky.

I personally wouldn't, at least not at these prices. If you've spent a tenner and will struggle to see two shows some other way then yeah these sorts of crazy schemes can be fun, but you've got to be prepared to miss the second one if you lose the gamble. The likelihood is you'll have spent at least £60 on your Cock ticket, and a 15 minute gap just isn't enough time.

It’s too tight and shows never seem to start on time particularly at the moment.

The poster is great! Love their body language! I think Taron is clearly telling us with his left hand what Jonathan is doing with his hands in his pockets. Seriously, I can't wait to see is this production in May.

Does ATG usually do day tickets? Really wondering if I should hold out and wait or just splurge on tickets.

What do we think the chances are of this being filmed for NT Live / At Home? I'm really not sure I can afford a trip to London much before the late summer, and this will have gone by then...

I booked for this a while back with a friend. I hate to say that I'm oddly not very excited about it. Having just seen Ben Whishaw in 'This is Going to Hurt' I can't help wishing he was reprising his role. I also fall into the camp of disliking 90 minute straight through plays. Hopefully I'm riveted. I certainly wasn't by the marketing campaign. I don't know why but I still feel that the Ambassadors is a strange choice for this. I get it's a good size as a playhouse but not many celeb cast plays happen there. I guess the other theatres were already full.

He did, and Taron confirmed the name of the play rhymes with lock and frock. Thanks for posting Anthony40.

When the play was done in New York in 2012 it was often referred to as Cock (aka The Cockfight Play) as many publications wouldn't print the real title. Even the New York Times called it The Cockfight Play in its review - coyly saying: "“Cockfight Play” is not the title of the terrific, tense little comedy by Mike Bartlett that opened on Thursday night at the Duke on 42nd Street. Its real name, which is only one syllable, is unprintable here, and “Cockfight Play” is being used in advertisements in family newspapers." Given that they could even bring themselves to print Shopping and F**king - and simply called it "Shopping and ...." I guess it should't have been that much of a surprise.

I think it’s pathetic that they couldn’t just say Cock, it’s not like the word doesn’t have other meanings beside that one.
Pretty funny though that after bending over backwards to not say the title Alex Jones ended up blundering her way into asking Taron about a threesome!

I agree. When it was on at the Royal Court the ushers shouted 'last call for Cock' and 'anyone for Cock?' in the bar pre-show.
