Caught the matinee this afternoon, Tom Kelsey was in for Liam Murray Scott - possibly a foot taller than Dreyfuss but still very good.
Thoroughly enjoyed it, rattles a long at a nippy pace and delivers everything you want as a Jaws fan. Ian Shaw does a lot more than just look like his dad and deserves all his plaudits. Looked like a full house too, surprised the run is over in a few weeks.

Ian Shaw has the advantage of being a near dead-ringer for his father. He looks so much like his dad there was an audible "oh!" from the audience when he came on stage. The show is an interesting mix of Hollywood gossip, a character study of three actors at different points in their careers, and a Waiting for Godot-like depiction of men unable to fulfill their purpose (the shark, I suppose, being Godot...). The only thing that annoyed me was the grin/grimace that Ian Shaw uses for his father's most common facial expression.

I want to book for this but everything I read says the legroom is horrendous and I'm 6'6"....
Currently the best options for my date look like B11 or H17 on the ends of rows, anyone have any experience as to which may be the better choice for the long-legged? It's unclear if B11 has a seat in front of it or not from the plans.
Thanks!

If you're not fussed on which day you go, the rush tickets through todaytix are often in the front row and you'll have unlimited legroom.

Thank you, yeah I knew about that.... unfortunately I'm trying to plan for one specific date so I either prebook to know I'm sorted or chance it on the day and leave it up to the gods... 🤔

The premise for this is great. Fun, short and absorbing. Should have seen the film before going though.

Bagsied a £20 seat in row F of the circle for this tonight (excellent legroom for the tall folk).
Fantastic play, it really captures the feel of the film and the three leads are superb, they're spot-on for the actors they're portraying (especially Ian Shaw). It zips along nicely and raises some really good laughs. I watched the film on Sunday night and I would recommend doing that before seeing it, having it fresh in your mind brings a lot of the play to life.

I’m so happy for them! The silence in the theatre when Ian Shaw did the famous speech was amazing, you could hear a pin drop

I hope more stops get announced, I really loved this play when I saw it in the West End and I’m so happy it’s had a life outside that run!

Strange this hasn't been officially announced yet, and seemingly links confirming the tour have been taken down - would like to see a full list of dates as missed this last time.
