Moulin Rouge is in the same position - nominated although press night has been postponed and there is talk of recasting. Moulin Rouge isn’t recasting. That’s just wishful thinking. LOL!!!!!

Saw this last night. Stunning. More than holds its own with any previous CABARET you may have seen. The reviews will be phenomenal.

When is press night for this? I thought it was the other night as they posted more photos as well as the phrases "Welcome to the Kit Kat Club" and "Doors Now Open"

I see they now have a massive programme.
Could anyone who is planning on going soon please report back on what merchandise is now available?
When I went at the end of November there was nothing really. I would like to call back at some point to get a usual size programme if there is one and maybe a poster. Thanks in advance!

I went yesterday and yes, they have a big brochure / programme with production photos for £10 now. No smaller, non brochure programme though and I didn’t see other merchandise (didn’t look for it either though so could have just missed it).

Blimey, not as divisive as we were expecting then. But reviews do try their best to capture a zeitgeist, especially these days.
I can practically predict how half of them will slant their reviews - even without reading them.

We seem to be in a place where the mainstream celebrates evey kind of diversity except diversity of opinion.

I'll see it again with a new cast - I thought it was super but the prices are eye-watering. My stalls seat for first preview has more than doubled in price. God bless dynamic pricing eh?

Just checked pricing out of interest - my row D stalls seat (excellent view but extremely claustrophobic - a story for another time) has gone from the £90 I paid during previews to £250 now! WOW.

If they sell the upper circle I'd be interested in going again with a new cast. Had a great view from B1 and only 30 quid!

Extended until October, with cast tbc from March on Upper circle off sale and bottom price available is £70! Wow! I find myself asking if theatre is becoming even more elitist and risks alienating the everyday theatre goer who simply can’t afford this level of pricing. Sadly, I guess I’m not getting to see this Cabaret.

You have to live in or very near London to take advantage of things like seat lotteries or returns, because of the extortionate price of anything other than very far in advance train tickets.

If anyone qualifies for access rate, the theatre is offering a very generous one. As I am profoundly deaf in one ear, I qualified. I have a 45 quid seat for March 4th at a table down front.
