What are the ticket prices in MK? And do shows tend to sell out a while in advance? Prices ranging from £18 (Band D) to £59.50 (Band A Plus). Tickets are unlikely to sell out during the priority booking period, but if you're concerned I'd get them as soon as you can, you'll get a greater range of choice that way, as with most things.

Anyone going with st least one other person and taking advantage of the half price opening night offer on Band A will save £54 which is way more than the price of a years ATG membership at £35. Even if you're going on your own you'd save £27 on that band A price.

Seeing everyone gaga all over Sunset is coming first circle. Though I've been a musical fan for many years before seeing Sunset in the early 90s, it was Sunset that truly smacked me and left me speechless. It was the first show that I saw back when I was a teenager and said, wow I need to see this AGAIN and IMMEDIATELY. I was unbelievably obsessed with it during high school, and collected just about everything Sunset..CDs, bootlegs, brochures, autographs, you name it. I still have my entire collection and at times wonder to myself, wow how did I scrape that off of the internet back THEN? Happy to see it back *gulp* over 20 years later. You, Steve100086 are all in the same boat with this ali Having Sunset back on Broadway, right in Times Square - almost across the street from where it had it's Broadway Premiere has been phenomenal. It's been in the top 5 top musicals each week (with only 7 performances compared to 8) and same type of buzz and excitement about it that there as 23 years ago (can't believe I'm that old!) We're hoping for a new recording to get that phenomenal orchestra/orchestrations and the new leads as our new definitive recording. So happy to read Ria is going on tour with this. I wouldn't dismiss a "West End return" - if it does well on the road, and London only had it at ENO for 5 weeks - so who knows. That would definitely be enough to get me to take a trip to London!

Danny Mac playing Joe Gillis on the Sunset Tour. I'll be very interested to see him instead of the one at the Coliseum whose name I've completely forgotten momentarily.

When you tweet how excited you are about the Sunset Boulevard tour and Ria Jones retweets you... literally the most exciting part of my day.

Personally I like the scene played with clothes on. When I saw it the audience was so caught up in the little swimsuit no one payed attention to the song. Not that it was sung that great. Very meh. But talk about a difference in height. It works better in a tux. With a more dissolute attitude by the singer.

Do we know yet the plans with regard to the staging? I never saw the ENO production (one of my biggest life regrets!), but I always found the look of that set a lot more effective than what I have seen of the 90's set, which whilst lavish, I like the scaled down design.

Joe is such a great role for men and i have to say im not sure danny will get it right, its a tricky role to pull off. But in terms of them needing a 'name' he is a decent choice. it could have been a lot worse. Big challenge for him though
Hes gotta be better than Michael Xavier

Danny Macs' singing is average at best. He's No leading man for a show like Sunset Boulevrd.
