Oooh it’s nice to be sat in a theatre again! Even socially-distanced it feels buzzy! Less than 48 hours until I will be, getting more and more excited!

Anyone one check in and not receive their ticket...A friend did it and got the ticket instantly ..Did mine and nothing.. I checked in this afternoon for Saturday night and still no tickets. They should be emailed at least 24hrs before the performance so I expect they’ll come soon! Saw Drag Queens of Pop at the Vaudeville a few weeks ago (again, through Nimax) and the tickets came straight after check-in...

Same here, going to the Saturday matinee and haven’t received ticket yet but did straight away for Six last week and Jamie tonight. Guess it’s nothing to worry about if it‘s all of us!

Anyone one check in and not receive their ticket...A friend did it and got the ticket instantly ..Did mine and nothing.. I did have that with another Nimax show last week. If you log into the site and find your ticket order, there's an option to resend the ticket. Mine came through very quickly when I chose that.

Got to say this was a really great show tonight. Thankfully I remembered to book a few rows back this time, due to the high stage at the Palace.
I hadn't seen the set list in advance, but what we got matched that.
One thing I wasn't so keen on was the script. I love Bonnie, but I don't think she had her reading glasses on, so there were a few fluffs. Very funny with it. But there were lots of things billed as being the first time ever, or tonight only, which they weren't, as they all happened yesterday and they're happening for another four shows. It's a bit insulting to the audience who all seemed to be the theatre going types who would have an idea what was going.
Good performances anyway. No costumes and everyone stays solely distanced. But great to hear all the songs again and also to see a lot of alternates or tour cast members who they used. And some good song choices, not always the best known song that usually gets rolled out at these things.
Highlights for me were Trevor Dion Nicholas (fantastic singer and I equally liked his Tomorrow when I saw him last week), the Book of Mormon performance (such an uplifting show) and also loved seeing Sharan Phull perform as I haven't seen the Jamie tour cast yet. Nice to see the graduate choir used (and I recognised quite a few of them). But the whole cast was great and and such a reminder of what we've missed.

I was in the same boat, ticket for hadn't arrived yet despite checking in two days ago, so just used your trick and ticket arrived pretty much instantly. :-)

I did the online check-in yesterday but tickets still not arrived and I'm going in under 24 hours. Just done check-in again so let's see if anything arrives.
Update. Just saw the trick above about logging onto your account and ticket now here. Phew! Thanks.

Just came out of the matinee and my top takeaway (and I know I’m the last person to have this realisation) is that Mazz Murray is the Real Freaking Deal. Wow.

I’m so glad she’s doing sunset Boulevard as I’m not sure I’d want to go to Mamma Mia again (no offence to those who like it). I was at the matinee too and rather distracted by the frequent squeaking noises. Too off-putting for my easily distracted self.

I first noticed it in the interval. Seemed to go on for a few minutes and then stop for a few and start up again. It annoyed me at first but I managed to block it out after a while.

Just returned from the matinee performance and my first trip into the west end since before Christmas. The concert was a real tonic and just what I needed. It was superb and loved everything about it. Clever and uncomplicated set, fantastic orchestra (which I cant find credited anywhere in the programme, shame as even the tea lady gets a mention!) and an amazing cast. Absolutely loved the choir and if that is our future talent in the west end we have no problems. Was talking to one of the Nimax staff in the interval and she had been doing stage door, she said all the graduates were so excited to be on the stage. The show was a bit like "the best of" with one of the biggest and best numbers from each of the musicals. I don't want to single anyone out as they were all brilliant, not a duff performance in sight but if my arm was twisted I would have to say my favourite performance was Jordan Luke Gage who did Its My Life from &Juliet. what a voice and performance. Makes me want to see & Juliet even more now. Funniest moment was when Bonnie Langford got Zizzi Strallens name wrong especially as she is her auntie. Hilarious. Now I have to wait until 1st July for my next show then its 1 or 2 a week from then on.

It annoyed me at first but I managed to block it out after a while. I get distracted too easily. My brain tries to work out the noise rather than block it. Sounded more like a slipping fan belt to me! The concert was amazing again though, I’ll be re-watching the Sunday stream too

Thoroughly enjoyed it this afternoon - am very glad to be able to be back in theatres again. It's served as a great reminder of the fact that I want to see half of these shows again and a showcase for newer productions.
Orchestra especially were top drawer - there was only one orchestration which I thought missed the mark entirely (When I Grow Up) but 15 out of 16 is a good hit rate for a concert like that!

I enjoyed this tonight, though it was a mixed bag - some fabulous performances and some that missed the mark.
I don't want to single out any show in particular given they all haven't been on stage for so long, but some just fell a bit flat and didn't make me want to revisit or visit them. And given they've now done 3 of these shows I'm afraid I thought Bonnie Langford and Trevor Dion Nicholas were very stiff hosts and was surprised they were so heavily reliant on their cue cards. Nicholas was a bit more natural than Langford but overall it was all a bit clichéd and I wouldn't be hiring either of them as presenters anytime soon.
The good, though, was really very good. Nicholas redeemed himself as King George, Christine Allado and Alexia Khadime sounded great, Laura Pick was in fine voice, Lucy St Louis will be a wonderful Christine and John Owen Jones, Mazz Murray and Alice Fearn all brought the house down.
Overall a great night out, and great atmosphere. And I'm sure I will feel the wrath of most in the Phantom thread for this, but All I Ask of You sounded brilliant with just a 15 piece orchestra! It was the Wicked orchestration that surprisingly was missing something for me.

A question for those who went to any of the previous 3 shows - who performed for Six? We only got Collette Guitart (who was brilliant given it was her third show of the day!) but Hana Stewart is also listed in the programme.

The air conditioning was going on and off through some vents in the side walls of the theatre, maybe it was that?

Loved this tonight. Jordan Luke Gage and Olly Dobson highlights for me. I was interested in &Juliet before but hadn't really considered seeing Back to the Future. Now it's pretty high on my list!
