Apparently being announced by Baz via Twitter this coming Thursday evening (8th July) Oh no it isn't! (actually, I have no idea)

Got a feeling I will be out of the country when this goes on sale and will have to hope for some decent seats left on sale by the time I return.

Glad it’s the Pantoland thing again after missing out last Winter, it sounded so good and a lot of fun! Love seeing Jac in anything on stage as well, I just hope they announce Elaine doing it again at a later date as I’ve never seen her on stage. They’re definitely lacking female leads right now (as is always the case with the Palladium Panto).
Sophie Isaacs must be leaving Six in their November cast change as well it seems.

Glad they’re giving this another go, shame Charlie Stemp will presumably be in Mary Poppins still.
Maybe time for some of the regulars to bow out after this though?

Pantoland is the most I think I've ever laughed in 2 hours - proper gut laugh funny.
But agree it'd be nice for some new faces.
Also am I the only one who thought Donny Osmond was no longer with us?

Ok, I'm looking forward to that - I was gutted that it didn't run long enough last Christmas for me to get down there. I imagine we'll get more of the names when the official announcement is made. I suspect many of them were contracted for this winter already.
Only one I can quickly check on is Paul Zerdin - who has a tour finishing on 22nd November. Not impossible dates to work around this I guess..

I cannot believe they just bring back the same old turns every single year, and people still go!
Donny looks terrifying.

The Donny Osmond fans are going into over drive on Twitter “ will he be appearing by video” “is he just in the first show” me thinks they will give the Michael Ball fans a run for their money !!!

Agree. I had not seen any of the previous pantos and went in December to Pantoland. I have honestly not laughed so much before at a show. Literally crying with laughter at a couple of the numbers.

Just caught up on Twitter re the Donny comments. I usually leave booking the Palladium panto until the last minute, and pick up a bargain in the final week. Looks like this may not be possible this year! I missed Pantoland last year, so might well have to bite the bullet and pay full price.

They really hate casting women and POC don't they? I love Clary and Co but after the last eighteen months could they really not have brought in some fresh talent?

I assume Pantoland will eventually be shipped out to other regional venues in the coming years.
Have to agree, Donny looks terrible in that picture!

I hope Paul Zerdin decides to write a new joke this year.

As it's the same producer (Crossroads) for a lot of UK pantos it's a shame they don't use regional panto stars for a change. It would be lovely to see, for example, stalwarts like Brian Conley, Joe Pasquale, Lesley Joseph, Eric Potts or Biggins perform at the Palladium after years of "donning the frocks" schlepping round the provenances. And it would have been "something" to see legends of panto like Cannon and Ball before Bobby's untimely demise. Agreed. People like Paul Chuckle have been in panto for over fifty years and deserve to headline the Palladium.

And Biggins was King of the Jungle once. On a different note I wonder if they will just reproduce the 2020 Panto as there were so few performances that very few people have seen it. I was lucky enough to actually see it.
