The Fox is Denise van Outen. On twitter she posted years ago about collecting teapots plus it sounds like her. Listening to the Fox again, it does match how she sounds like when she sings. |

i appreciate this is a US concept however (I swear) UK television has sunk to a new all-time low It originated in South Korea, it isn't a US concept. I think it's cheesy and fun - it's the sort of bubblegum TV show that fills the ITV schedule effectively for 90 minutes at the weekend without people having to think too much. And what I like is that it doesn't rely on ordinary people going through a "journey" to "live their dream" and then end up being belittled by rich judges, members of the public aren't being humiliated for being who they are, there is no voyeurism towards people in poverty or with potential mental health problems... Is this what I want all British TV to be like? Of course not. But as bubblegum TV goes, this seems to have had a bit of money spent on it and be genuinely entertaining (judging by the comments here), even if ultimately effervescent. I watched the couple of programmes this weekend on record to see who all the performers were, I probably won't watch again, but I'll keep an eye on social media to see who some of them turned out to be. And if I'm at home on a Saturday night and want something mindlessly entertaining, I'd be happy to watch this rather than Love Island, TOWIE or X Factor. |

I’ll eat my hat if unicorn isn’t Barrowman. The first note and I knew it was him. Hedgehog, I’m pretty sure is Manford. Pretty stuck on Chameleon and Octopus.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I didn't think it was him, it sounds way too posh. When I've seen him sing its always been with an American accent, whether the situation required or not. Hence why I think someone like Tom Allen, Joe Lycett, or maybe even Judge Rinder, though that is based on the voice itself rather than the clues. |

Those who have suggested Rhydian Roberts for Hedgehog: I can’t really remember what his voice sounds like and I haven’t had time yet to listen to things so I don’t know on that front but he did play Orin in Little Shop of Horrors, who dies near the end of Act 1 and so could fit with the 8.30 clue.

Awful...just awful...what is wrong with the world? Have to agree with you here. Watched the first episode but that is enough. It was so long winded and frankly just dross in my opinion. I know that some will disagree , but this just seems another vehicle for 'celebrities' to get themselves on tv in a slightly different reality show. |

Well I have to admit it's somewhat of a guilty pleasure in my household and I think we're invested enough now and need to find out who everyone is!! There are reveal compilations of the U.S version where they managed to get celebs such as Rikki Lake, La Toya Jackson, Rumer Willis, Gladys Knight, Donny Osmond, Paul Shaffer, Raven-Symoné, Kelly Osbourne, Patti LaBelle, Michelle Williams (off of Destiny's Child), Ana Gasteyer, Seal and Wayne Brady. Yes.........really!!!!!!! I cannot WAIT to see who the UK has got in 😂

Fox I think it’s either a rocker like Chrissie Hynde or Suzi Quatro or perhaps Jessie Wallace. Jessie is under contract with the BBC, so I doubt she’d be allowed time off for an ITV show? Wouldn’t rule out Shane Richie popping up though. Sometimes the BBC have allowed it's contracted stars time off to pop up on other channels but not often.
But the fox is clearly Denise Van Outen.
The Duck probably the next to be eliminated.

Just watched on catchup. This really has to be the most surreal programme ever but it’s strangely addictive! Although it’s only watchable with the fast forward button - managed to get through 90 minutes of programme in 20

I maintain that Monster is Cee Lo Green. Daisy seems certain to be Kelis, as she trained in France as a chef. Fox has got to be Denise Van Outen - you can hear the Essex accent and one of her clues that might or might not be true was that her body has won awards, in 1999 DVO won Rear of the Year!

I can only watch the performances and the reveal at the end. Apart from padding it out way too much, what is the point of the panel?? Their guesses on who it might be are wildly ridiculous. Also, does anything happen if they guess it right? Great costumes but it's an odd format.

Well this is trash TV, but I'm absolutely loving it, despite the padding. So much so, that I've binge watched both of the US seasons of it. I'm not very good at guessing who anyone is, it's only when someone else mentions a name that I can hear it's them, so I'm convinced that the hedgehog is Jason Manford, Fox is DVO, Queen Bee is Nicola Roberts and Unicorn is Jake Shears but no idea on the others. I don't think we'll be seeing singers of the same calibre that the US version has attracted, I'd love it if future seasons had bigger names.
If the UK version follows the US format, it will be three left for the final and as there are only four episodes left and eight singers, the number of unmaskings should increase in a couple of weeks.

I normally hate this trashy light entertainment but I’ve been really enjoying this. It’s preposterous and it’s really good fun.
I think the lineup, if Jake, Kelis, Nicola, Denise etc are under there, is really quite strong!

I enjoyed it this week.
So Monster is definitely Cee Lo Green, he wrote and produced ‘Don’t Cha’. I can’t believe Unicorn is Chris Colfer from Glee, didn’t see that one coming at all (he’s a big best selling kids fantasy author in the US now). I loved Glee.
Octopus had totally thrown me but now they mentioned the dales it’s got to be the actress who played Tricia Dingle. She was in Emmerdale, has done the jungle and the Jason Donovan clue reminds me she actually did an episode of Neighbours last year in scenes with one of Paul Robinson’s sons (which would make him Scott’s Robinson’s nephew).
Duck should have gone. The woman can’t sing!
