Just browsing the what's on section of the Leicester Curve site and noticed this click here which i'm sure wasn't there a few weeks ago. Anyway, i'm not really interested in the show but i'm just curious about it as i'd not heard of a tour and it doesn't seem a curve production either.

It's a Leicester Amateur Operatic Society's production - running in the Curve's Studio - www.leicesteramateurs.co.uk/LAOS/Next_Production.htm

There's also a production going to the Edinburgh Fringe this year, courtesy of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

A local group in Bristol are doing 9to5 next week, and another is doing Made In Dagenham next year, certainly the year of these shows

9 to 5 and Made in Dagenham back to back in the same theatre in North London at the moment.
Plus another 9 to 5 next week in another local theatre. All amateur societies.
Wondering how the constant swearing in 'Dagenham' will be received by some of the local audiences!

I have no problem with seeing amateu productions, which I do rarely, however it peeves me when the presenting theatre try to pass off amateur shows as full professional show, this sound like what happened to the original poster and I have seen myself.
BTW: I have seen better nap auteur shows than the full professional.

It's also being done at the Edinburgh Fringe by RCS, who are usually excellent.

It's no wonder the am drams are lapping up LB and MID, they're both very female heavy.
Female heavy as in M:F ratio, not salad:cake.
