We just need a comet to come along and then I've got the set.

Thats an interesting seating arrangement for The Large. I've never seen anything staged that way at the SP before. Or am i just missing the usual third side on my browser??

Wasn't sure about this from the storyline synoposis but having listened to the 30 second samples from the soundtrack on Amazon I've booked the Tuesday preview matinee.

I've gone for A12. Just booked for the final matinee, in the hope that the weather will be fairly cool by then. I've avoided Southwark Playhouse in the summer ever since I had to leave a performance of Titanic in the interval because it was so hot I thought I was going to either faint or be sick if I stayed. Now watch us have a freezing September & boiling October...!

Just booked for this and GHOST QUARTET at the new Boulevard Theatre in one go. Now just need to see GREAT COMET, and maybe his new musical OCTET come over.

I've just booked for a preview. I have been going to Stratford East a lot but they seem to do a lot of more serious stuff since the change of director. The Southwark Playhouse offers a variety of more entertaining shows. Preludes looks good. There are clips of Natasha, Pierre and the Comet on YouTube and they look good.

This song is so Dave Malloy, it’s brilliant.

I'm so happy this is sounding good. He has a very similar tone to the actor on Broadway which I'm glad about. Can't wait to hear Not Alone. That, Lilacs and Mountains are probably my favourite songs from the show.

At the interval, it’s pretty devastating to watch. I love the mix between Alloys contemporary tunes and Rachmaninov’s classical soul. Really beautiful to watch. Sat in A12 so especially happy to feel so engrossed in the action

I tried so hard to like this but it felt like bad acid. Cast were strong and giving it their all. Keith Ramsay really put himself through the ringer and could well pick up a award or 2..Very marmite this one...Prob see 1 star and 5 star reviews...Id go with the 1st option sadly..

Im a huge Dave Malloy fan but this really missed the mark for me. Great tunes, but a terrible book and even worse direction let down an extremely talented cast.
