The Comic Relief performance was awful! It's actually made me reconsider buying tickets.

Don’t let it put you off, it’s a great show.
Are they having the same cast back do we know?

Haha no! Apart from Power of Love 😀. I was due to go back to see it a second time just as we locked down. I mean, the songs were fine but I’m not sure it’s the sort of thing you’d be buying the cast recording of. My main problem with the show is that pretty much every character gets an introduction song when they first appear and I think that was a bit much because it interrupted the flow of the story. And as another person who has never seen the film the story was important to me. There was a great scene at the end where they were climbing on a clock face trying to turn back time or something. It was good!

But there's a really nice duet at the start which I hope they keep

Just received email new date or to exchange via calender option.. Can you select your own seats on the latter or does it just register a date request that disappears into the ether!?

If it is the same system as Frozen and Cinderella you pick a date, submit and wait (from a day to a week in my experience). I'm waiting for my emails as I can't make at least one of my dates if the dates I saw when it was briefly showing in my booking history are correct

As you go through the months the day options increase..it only lists about 10 options but if there are more you can expand the list further to the total amount avail in that month..

My seats have been moved from the centre of the front row to the end, next to the restricted view seats (which are 60% cheaper). I understand the logistical nightmare the box office have had in reallocating seats, but once I receive the email, I'll be moving the seats to the ones I originally booked (albeit probably later in the run now).

Mine have just reappeared. Looks like the only one where my seat has changed is my January booking which hasn’t moved date-wise. but I know that things might still change until I get the email (at one point it showed as 2032, I guess they then moved it back! Mine are all bottom price though so I can’t get disappointed too much if they do move me!

Requested to move one back to the original date, happy with 2 (2nd preview and January which I got an upgrade instead of a date change for) but not sure what to do with the other one. It is a pair for a date I can’t make but don’t know when to go instead! Edit to add: I worked out a date I could add a matinee before the evening of something else and it wasn’t on the list. I’d decided by then so rebooked myself and asked for a credit note (which I assume I can use for other shows as now have 5 bookings for Back to the Future, hope I like it!)

Did anyone have a booking for the 21st October? This is now showing as a sold out show on the calendar (and has been since they reopened booking on 16th March). I’m wondering if they are doing something different for this show now?
Currently they have moved my booking a week earlier but I specifically booked this date for ‘Back to the future day’ so just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I’ll be really frustrated if they do then announce a show is going ahead on that date!

Apparently they should arrive around 7:30 this evening. “Good Afternoon, E-Tickets are sent approximately 24 hours prior to the performance, so will be around 7:30pm tonight.” I just feel that doesn’t give very long if there’s a problem, particularly as you can’t contact them by phone.. Tickets arrived at 20:49

For those who saw in Manchester, is the set meant to (almost) burn down in Doc's house and a stage manager has to come on with a fire extinguisher?
