My friend booked our tickets but when they delayed before didn’t you have to rebook rather than be moved. I think I’ll be double booked too if they move them (though then I feel what I’m double booked with will fall!) You might be right there. I've had so many shows rebooked I forget which ones just moved me and which I could choose a new date. I know that feeling! Waiting for a new Cinderella date as mine clashes and waiting to be told my new back to the future dates, and clashes predicted! also because they did it that way last time doesn’t mean they will this time.

From what they've said it sounds like we'll be choosing our own dates again rather than them moving us.

Coliseum now listing dates as 20 Jul–28 Aug 2021 - I'm not sure how they can make that length of run viable?? Considering they originally booked and budgeted for 4+ months.

Sounds like they have taken the dates they know won’t happen off, maybe they are still deciding how much to add to the end of the run?

I know it's not major in the grand scheme of things, but it's annoying me that dates keep going up on the website for public booking but they're not informing existing ticket holders.

It is annoying especially we all booked last year and now we have to take what's left after the rest of the public have booked their tickets. Not much loyalty there.

No, especially as they said we'd have priority booking

I’ve got an email today to say I’ll get to rebook in April. Exclusively for dates 22june -18 july which will be socially distanced and 31st august to 5th sept. Or email for refund. I don’t know if can swap for other dates or have to refund and rebook.

I also got the e mail this evening. The e mail says "You’ll receive a voucher within the next two weeks that will allow you to rebook tickets of the same value for your chosen performance." I bought my ticket when there was a special offer on and I got front row stalls ticket for a very good price, but the same seat is now showing at £115. The only seats I can find for what I paid are towards the back of the upper circle which is a huge difference. So don't know where I now stand. I feel that they should let you rebook for the same area of the theatre you had previously booked rather than the same price. Think I will have to e mail them in the morning as there is no way I can afford, or want to pay £115

Same email. I’d been smug. I’d thought I had tickets in august. Turns out I had a ticket in august and the family tickets in May! That’ll teach me...so wondering what chances of getting the family moved to the august dates.....grrrrrr!

Same email too, will rebook for Sept I think as I've booked various things for June this past week and they're already being changed.

Reading about all the hassle everyone is having with rescheduled tickets, I'm so glad I took refunds for all mine last year. Although it depresses me more than anything, I've decided to wait until things are more settled before I start ticket buying again.

I’m not booking ANYTHING until these shows are up and running. I had 15 sets of refunds - total chaos

I prefer the hope of having them on my countdown app, though I don’t update my show list until I’ve seen the show now!

My £97.50 seats have been moved up to the £150.00 band...Surely they can't expect us to stump up another 52.50 to secure the same seat for the new dates?

Is there a production of Hairspray anywhere in the world and starring anyone in the world that would be deemed anywhere near value for money at £150?
They really are taking the **** with some of these prices.

They really are taking the **** with some of these prices. Agree it's insane! The number of tickets at that price is also insane. Not like it's just a couple of rows. Coliseum musical pricing has always been very greedy sadly. And with the circles behind (rather than simply above) the stalls, and the orchestra pit so deep, it really is only front stalls where you have a decent ish view. A very impressive grand building I grant you, but somewhere I really dislike for musicals - one of the worst price:view ratios in London. Anyway, for shows selling without distancing there is so much availability currently, I'll definitely be waiting until this one is up and running and see what tickets are going for on the day. Really, the only thing I've felt truly pressed to secure tickets for is the Les Mis concert. And even that has plenty of availability. Is just the paucity of single seats that made me feel the need to commit now! Oh, and Cinderella as just desperate to see what it's all about! But yes, back to Hairspray, pure greed with those prices. I really hoped we'd see less of this as we came out of Corona. Of course, as before the pandemic, ultimately market forces will dictate how the producers actually get on with this pricing!

The pricing hasn't changed for my seat (mid-week), but the weekend pricing is indeed higher - I don't remember if it always was. The socially-distanced seating plan means I can't sit where I originally booked as a singleton, so I'll re-book in the main run.

We should all be grateful that it's possible to buy just a ticket for a seat, rather than a compulsory package with a bag of spice and a programme for an extra £50. 🙂

Although it depresses me more than anything, I've decided to wait until things are more settled before I start ticket buying again. I don't have a single thing booked. Until I know when I will be vaccinated it's impossible to book anything. I can only assume people with loads of shows booked are either over 50s who have been vaccinated or under 50s who have no fear.

The wording was a little confusing, you can rebook as soon as you have your voucher. I got my email this afternoon and rebooked within 10 mins.
