Been reported in a few places recently that this is written, with music by Mike Batt.! With the amount of publicity, I assume it has backers and we’ll be getting a production announcement soon.
The original series was great (remake less brilliant, but it had its moments).
I’d have pictured it as a very funny stage comedy before a stage musical, but I like Mike Batt’s music. Do you think this will work?
