Ruth Wilson, Cush Jumbo & Rosamund Pike have been announced to star in the upcoming film adaptation x Just to note, the high-calibre casting mentioned here never quite came to fruition. Though it now contains some good comediennes - Aisling Bea, Alice Lowe, Jayde Adams.

I didn't realise she was in 'the biz'...though I'm not sure she is yet. Still, we all have to start somewhere. I wonder if it was part of the deal to secure Ms Marsh's services?

Really looks like it’s captured the stage production, looking forward to it!

Saw this tonight at Bromley and found it rather disappointing.
Staging extremely low budget, sound iffy in the first act, the "boys" wouldn't past muster as a Take That tribute band, and the new title feels wrong given what happens on the two days featured. The story is quite downbeat with very few laughs.
Running time just over 2 hours 10 minutes including the interval and a megamix of sorts at the end. When I saw The Band, as it was then called, in Manchester back in 2017 and I rated it four stars in my diary but only two tonight.

I saw the band in London and really enjoyed it more than I thought I would I also have it 4 stars ⭐️…. Wonder why so many changes ? Sounds like make it easier and cheaper to tour …. Name change automatically resonates with take that fans ( cue the drunk and disorderly hen parties sing along watch out Manchester ) and a well known name to put bums on seats 🤔

Is it the same shownas The Band? I remember seeing it at the Savoy and thought it was fun. They did a clever thing with a curtain of rain.

It was quite cutting edge at the time, and one of the most interesting things about ‘Never Forget’.

I loved the musical Never Forget. Saw it in the West End and on tour. A really good show and some great performances from people who have gone on to many other shows e.g. Dean Chisnall. The rain effect was great!

I saw TT on tour once and they used a curtain of rain to “invoke” a hologram of absent Robbie. Seems to be a recurring theme!

The name change is surely to tie it in with the upcoming film?

The name change is surely to tie it in with the upcoming film? That and the new single. The name change doesn't make sense, but I expect The Band wouldn't resonate with people as much as Greatest Days

The re-recorded version of GD is a bit odd isn’t it? I saw them doing it on the Coronation concert and it just seemed to have some other fella honking over it. It used to be uplifting at least.

Saw the show in Manchester last night, and overall it wasn't bad. I prefer the staging from when the show was The Band, the one set that the boy band moves around the stage didn't quite work for me. The cast were great, a special shout out to the member of the cast who for some reason was sat behind me in the audience who really helped create an immersive experience.
