Hi everyone,
It's official, we are the new home of theatreforum.com. Here's the message from theatreforum moderator Matthew_Winn
"There'll be a formal announcement at the start of next week but for the benefit of people following this thread I can confirm that the new forum is going to be the ProBoards one that many of you are already using. It is now safe to have discussions there without worrying that they might be abandoned. Many people seem to be doing just that anyway.
We are still in the process of finalising a few things. There will be a proper domain to access the forum in addition to the current subdomain of proboards.com. The design of the forum will be enhanced over the next few days and various other tweaks and twiddles will be happening so don't be surprised if you see things changing. We're now into the "ironing out the wrinkles" phase, and when things are more settled a message will go out across the entire WhatsOnStage forum. We want to get the design right first.
Thank you to everyone who has been working behind the scenes to make this happen, all the people who have tested the various options, and especially those who have invested time and money in investigating alternatives and deploying possible solutions for testing.
Now let's go to our new home and have a board-warming party they'll hear in New York."
As Matthew says, a few things will change over the coming days. The first one is that the url for this forum is now
Theatreboard.proboards.com
There will be an automatic redirection from TheatreUK.proboards.com for the next two weeks but please update your bookmarks now.
