I was at the show tonight and can confirm. We were all in our seats waiting for Michael to do his Children in Need speech, she shouted "Where's Alfie" from the dress circle and even flipped the bird at John (everyone booed her), John had to come forward and tell her to never speak in public again... didn't seem to learn her lesson though as I saw her at stage door complaining about Alfie's absence to security at first, then actually attempting to chase Michael down as he was signing other people's programmes all the while shouting "Where's Alfie?!"
What an embarrassment!

I am lost for words at that.
Perhaps the ultimate in bad audience behaviour!

He’s all over every comment just promoting his own tacky channel. The Ambulance Chaser of theatre reviewers. What a nasty piece of work.

What an unpleasant customer! Some people really do live in their own little bubble.

She said in her nasty tweet (whilst calling Ball and Boe w*****s) that she’ll never go to the West End again.
Result!

What an unpleasant customer! Some people really do live in their own little bubble. Astonishingly bad behaviour. No excuse for it...

A bit like football banning orders I wish there was something for the theatre.
Vile women.

What an embarrassment! What JOJ ACTUALLY said was 'Mum! Never speak in public again', rescuing a tense situation brilliantly and spontaneously. He got a huge laugh and a round of applause, and then MB carried on with his CiN appeal.

I was there last night too and saw the woman complaining in the interval. She was complaining in no uncertain terms shouting and swearing at the poor staff saying how lousy John was. She was vile and totally unnecessary. We saw her at the end shouting and sticking 2 fingers up at Michael Ball. John was really quick and a total star. A great show and the sound was fantastic.

The woman shouldn't have said that, but an important point is missing from the discussion in this thread. It won't please everyone but the presenter makes a very fair point here.
BTW, did he say JOJ is up there with Dean Chisnall? I think he should have said Dean is almost up there with JOJ, but that remark made me want to see Dean in the tour.

does not even think it wrong that its not a Boe concert only Not excusing that guy's rude behaviour responding to Carrie's tweet, but Cammack definitely knew what he was doing when he cast Boe/Ball as principals, even going as far as using this concert production to promote their (completely non Miz-related) joint album on social media. With this kind of PR of course people will book and go in expecting a Boe/Ball concert, not a Les Mis production. Easy to judge them for not appreciating Les Mis on its own, but I think the problem lies in how the show was marketed in the first place

I haven't watched the video but members of a cast should never be subjected to that kind of behaviour when they are on stage.
From the sounds of it, the individual was very drunk, they were tweeting Alfie vile things during the show and they continued at stage door afterwards at poor Michael to the extent that security were called.

If this customer was rude and swearing at staff at the interval it makes me wonder why she wasn’t asked to leave?

If this customer was rude and swearing at staff at the interval it makes me wonder why she wasn’t asked to leave? My thoughts exactly. The 2 staff were trying to calm her down and asked her to stop shouting. They were very calm and kept their cool. There is no excuse for behaviour of this sort.

...but where the hell was Ken? Ken is spending some time at his brothers holiday flat in Southend. I hope for his sake he was. If he was back at Dawn's sisters house 'grouting her tiles' again, there'll be hell to pay!

I doubt he’s up to anything with her Beverley. It’d be more of the same (huge Lionel Ritchie fan!) plus Bev had all her tiles replaced with a marble effect laminate so she wasn’t forever bleaching mould. He’s just looking forward to uninterrupted ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ and a bit of alone time with Babestation and his laptop.
