Well I just watched Church. I am in love with that man's mind. He makes the minutia and mundanity of life more involving and compelling than whole series of drama. The language is so eloquent but never feels grandiose, unless it's for one of the characters. I understand he will release it via Vimeo after this week of screenings and I cannot wait to watch it again.

Just watched the New York matinee - great stuff, and at 90 minutes or so was a lot tighter than some of his recent 2 hour plus shows. Annoyingly I got a phone call half way through so had to pause the live stream and switch to the back-up link (would have ignored it but it was a family member who hardly ever rings!). He mentioned in the intro to the live stream he'd come back at the end to say a few words - did he do that on yours and what was said? I guess just "Thanks for watching" but would be good to know if I missed anything  |

Well, that was delightful.
He didn't mention any future shows today (though I'd love to see Tree again), but his 15 mins of upfront was typical entertaining Kitson blather.

Tickets booked from each theatre's own site and are limited to the capacity of the theatre Various dates from 1st to 27th November, tickets are £10 plus whatever booking fee the theatre adds (so you might want to try a few different ones!)

I managed to snag one for the last wip show at Hebden Bridge. Odd he's doing completely empty rooms, we're going to an actual distanced indoor comedy gig before then.
