£190 for THIS?
I mean, to be fair the £190 option was actually a package: "Front row seat + Blue Elephant Package - includes Ambassador Lounge Exclusive, 6 glasses of Veuve champagne, cheese board, savoury nibbles, ice cream and a house programme"

Oh the allure of an Ambassador lounge, thimble sized glasses of warm fizz, some BabyBels and a packet of mini cheddars...

SO I think I've made an error!! I booked seats 17 and 18 on the front row of the dress, which on looking at the old seating plan would really be 15 and 16 and would have that annoying taller central bar in front and to the right of them. However, do we think this will be removed though seeing as they are taking out the aisle?

At the risk of being *that* person, how can you have Red Leicester mini cheddars?

Now that it's been brought to my attention, BurlyBeaR, I've already started composing, don't you worry about that. My letters of complaint are nearly as legendary as John Owen Jones' Sunday roasts. I once received a full box of Seabrook crisps. It was so large, they sent an in-house delivery vehicle! 🚚

I had no idea there was anything other than just "Mini Cheddars" but a search on my online supermarket reveals, amongst others, Mini Cheddars Chipotle Chicken Wings flavour! Er... And just to get this back on topic, can we assume that Moulin Rouge may well be on the cheesy side at times?

Here’s hoping that ATG launch a range of themed snacks to complement the show in residence. Escargot? Steak Frites? Mini Kievs? Or crisps in a tub with those flavours? Possibilities are endless.

I will wait to buy tix til nearer the time. I doubt it'll be a complete sell out anyway and I am of the opinion, you can always get into a long-runner in London if you really want to. Especially if you live in London and are fairly flexible to be able to book a couple of days in advance or even on the day. Might take a bit of effort and refreshing a website a few times a day, but even with Hamilton I got in several times in the first couple of weeks here. So I will not fork out this kind of money upfront when I can still hope that offers might pop up nearer the time. And if I have to pay full whack and it sells out the first few months, then I'll just jump on a return at short notice. But can totally understand that for people that need aisle seats or other specifics on where they sit or that aren't local this isn't much of an option. Haha good luck with that! This show won’t be doing ‘offers’ for a long time.

I happened across a packet of these in my Gin Club delivery... surprisingly delicious! www.frenchkitchenchips.co.uk/product-page/snail-garlic

They're part of the new 'Mexican' line of Mini Cheddars. The Jalapeno ones are delish, but cant find the lime ones anywhere!

Didn't even know there *was* a lime verson...

This show won’t be doing ‘offers’ for a long time. They might not, but they might be doing a lottery or day seats, so I'll happily take the chance. And if I have to fork out this much money, I am not going to decide 6 months in advance and potentially block a day that will be inconvenient by then, when I can just get returns on the day or a couple of days before. So my main point is that there is no advantage in me spending this money now because I have never so far failed in seeing a 'hot ticket' show within the first few weeks of previews/opening, even if it was an apparent sell out. :-)

It won't sell out for months on end at £100 a ticket. There will be opportunities. I'm also not going to commit that much money to something where I don't know who I'm seeing on that stage yet. Knowing my luck I'd get there and find out it was Sheridan Smith and Jason Donovan and I'd want to push them both off that sodding elephant...

Having been able to get returns for Bette Middler in Hello, Dolly, I’m pretty confident they’ll also be available for the West End Moulin Rouge. There are always last minute ticket releases.

There will always be returns or the odd unsold seat for anything, but that’s not how I can plan my life. I’m sure some people have lives where they can just do things on the spur of the moment but I live 145 miles from the west end so require a touch more planning.
