If you’re able to see if from that close you get so so much more out of it. Agree. I've seen it in the west end only from back dress or the grand, but I went on broadway and got orchestra seats right at the front (although to the extreme side) and it just felt like a completely different beast. so much more energy and immersion, I loved it!

We saw it last year in London, and the teen wants to go again. We are also going to New York. So question, do we see it in London or Broadway?

We were rear dress circle and it just felt like a big noisy far away mess; however I can well imagine it would be a wholly different beast close up and enveloping you.

I am going to this tonight, is there any particular reason they ask you to be there between 60 and 90 minutes before it starts?
Is half an hour adequate?

After hundreds of "Better Luck Next Time" emails, I'm very happy to have finally won the lottery for this! Excited to revisit in a few weeks for the first time since I saw it with the original cast back in Jan '22.

Yikes...this was pretty diabolical.
The 2 leads had great voices and the staging was obviously good, but the show itself is just terrible on every single level.
All of Act 1 was atrocious, but Act 2 had a couple of good moments before that utter sh*tshow of an ending happened.
Such a shame as with a bit of work on the book and a more competent director, it could actually be be half decent as I think a lot of the music choices in the show are a lot better than the film.

Wow a performance cancelled due to illness - I wonder how many actors went down to trigger this!

Having seen Jamie's performance at WEL it's made me want to see him and the show.
Are his holiday days published anywhere? Does he do 8 shows a week?

Just had an e-mither stating that the lottery is turning into ‘£29 seats’ on sale of Fridays for the week ahead.
