Just tried on a 2nd device and exactly same issue. Get through the queue then every single performance is unavailable 😰

Don't panic - that's got to be a glitch!

My god, what is happening? I've still got nothing and they won't answer on twitter... This is horrible...

Phew! 3rd attempt got me a shiny row B ticket. Happy Laineee 😊
Wouldn’t normally get so stressed about tickets, but Hiddleston has to go and pick this play - Vivien Merchant (Pinter’s first wife) was my grandfather’s cousin, so it’s technically a play about a member of my family 😂

Given that unique presale links or codes can be supplied to customers why on earth do producers choose instead to send things out at the last minute?! They did the same with All About Eve, but luckily that seemed (fairly) smooth. With this I feel very sorry for whoever is running twitter for ATG, presumably frantically dealing with hundreds of tweets...

The queue is paused - hopefully while they fix the site.
I did have a feeling pre-sale would be fraught, considering the number of people eligible for priority booking.

Whole thing is a farce. Its not coming up, just saying 'you must select a date' when I get through Not just me then!
Wasn't even on my radar as was just going to try for rush when it opened. But oh no, they send me an 'exclusive' email and I think okay then, wait less than 10 minutes I'm in!! And then the select a date thing, and you can't leave that page you just get the constant circle of connection.
So it's only 9:30 and I've already learnt I'm actually not very exclusive, and planning for expected demand by a theatre companyis still a pipe dream

A bit troublesome, but got there in the end. Kept asking me for my Theatrecard number repeatedly, and ended up needing to use the code that theatremonkey quoted upthread- carddec14. First attempt at Band A seats got me very end of row K, which I wasn't happy with, but a further attempt using Premium got me middle of row D. Pricey, but I couldn't get anything other than the end of row K, whatever date I picked, and I'm not paying £75 for a Theatremonkey Red seat...

Same message for me. Hopefully the "queue paused" will sort the bugs out.

Similar experience to everyone else:
Input my ATG membership, chose my date and got through immediately. But website said that performance wasn't available even though I'd chosen it from their calendar.
Tries again a few times but no way it would let me choose my own tickets. I chose several prices but they were extortionate to get the kind of seats I wanted.
Tried again but joined a queue. At 9.23 I had 12 mins to wait with 730 in the queue; at 9.28 I had 10 mins to wait and 666 in the queue - that can't be right!!!
Now the queue has been paused for several minutes - hopefully to correct the glitches.

Out of interest, has anyone had luck getting a response from asking JLC / ATG via Twitter for the link? I've not heard anything but am not sure if I've sent to the wrong place, or am just at the end of a long backlog.

Still getting this message no matter what date I choose.
"Selected performance is not available. Check the performance calendar/price chart."

"WEBSITE CRASHES UNDER DEMAND FOR TOM HIDDLESTON'S 'BETRAYAL'"
"TOM HIDDLESTON'S 'BETRAYAL' IS THE HOT TICKET IN TOWN"
"GRAB YOUR TICKETS BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE FOR 'BETRAYAL'"
"FANS GO LOKI FOR TOM HIDDLESTON'S 'BETRAYAL' AS DEMAND FOR TICKETS CAUSES WEB MELTDOWN"
Marketing at the Antonia Fraser's Husband Theatre must be delighted. They can sit back and let the PR do the work for them. Money for old rope, thanks very much.

Bit of a faff, blank screens, no date selection etc., got there in the end, close to my usual seat and on the Date I was looking for.

Will they be doing the £15 front row access seats for this, does anyone know? I tried the old code but it said not valid.

Would have preferred to have been able to pick the actual seat rather than just go for left or right stalls, but have got third row stalls for 23rd March - not exactly cheap (£75) but not too bad for casting like this (unless its going to be Jeanette Krankie as the female lead)
I had no intention of buying Champagne seats but I can't believe that they've all sold out for the entire run so I'm assuming they're being held back for the people with more money than sense.
