Dear lady in front of me, your pathetic and repetitive actions to disguise your looking at your phone during the Crucifixion this afternoon, were very clearly noticed by the cast and the audience. Timing is everything and this was an insult.

The production, I have to say, was magnificent, moving, majestic, insightful with some gorgeous theatrical touches - the massacre of the innocents was so touching and understated, and there are lovely moments of characters passing the story on. Perhaps the fourteen generation jump from Noye to jesus was a bit of a leap, but done so well, and I suspect for many, that when Jesus is gone, that's the story done - the antichrist did seem superfluous, but I recommend this heartily, and full plaudits go to the hundreds of diverse, very diverse performers and volunteers. Just under three hours and brilliant. great design and music too.
