Any ideas when this goes on sale? I think I read that the official announcement of the show, with dates and on sale times, will be on Canada Day, which is Monday 2nd July. So excited for this! I do hope there are at least some Irish people in the cast, as they’ll have a much less difficult time with the accent than others. It would be great to have a name for the Jenn Colella role, especially a name who can do a Texas accent. Canada Day is 1 July - it’s not as much of a big deal in Newfoundland because that was Memorial Day when Newfoundland was a separate colony/independent (the Newfoundland Regiment was almost completely wiped out at the Battle of the Somme on 1 July 1916).

You can also have a couple of brownies for breakfast. Hash brownies? Wrong trout, I should’ve typed Rainbows, as they say in the musical.

Due to popularity of the show’s current short run in Toronto, they announced this week that it will officially transfer to the Elgin Theatre from February. That’ll be a busy month for Come From Away!

Yes, I googled and it says that it's 1st July but in 2018 the "observed date" will be Monday 2nd July, so I opted for the latter as I didn't think a Sunday press announcement would be a thing. Though I could be wrong.

I only know the cast recording, but how long is the actual show? Is it basically the recording or is there a bit more in the show?

Meanwhile in Canada, the show appears to be becoming part of the cultural mainstream. From today's Toronto Star:

Hmm, do any of those look like bargains worth snapping up, or is this a wait for TodayTix job, do we think?

TodayTix have just announced an 'exclusive' presale available now. (I thought exclusive meant 'not available anywhere else', so it's not really exclusive if its also available to theatre card holders?). They've added their booking fees on top though, so cheapest tickets are showing as £13.

Has anyone tried membership booking for Dublin? I keep trying but it always tells me to log in when I have already entered my log-in and it's a constant loop.

I sat towards the back for Guys and Dolls and view was good.
The previews clash with GILT. I wonder if I will get cheaper tickets?

Well, the back 2 rows at £10 in previews (£19.50 Mon to Thur / £25 Fri Sat past 18 Feb) could be. For ATG card holders, no email yet, and if you search on the ATG site it says priority opens tomorrow. BUT if you log into your account first, THEN search for the show, you can already book. I had an ATG email at 10:03 this morning. Standard strange behaviour from their system. I sat towards the back for Guys and Dolls and view was good. The previews clash with GILT. I wonder if I will get cheaper tickets? I very much doubt it will run any GILT offers whilst in previews.

Side stalls at £45 seem to be a good option. The show is very centrally staged.

To any of you who can access the booking already, how much is the front row of the Grand Circle for both pre and post previews?

Trying to get the side stalls ones for £45 via TodayTix but they aren't offering me them; anyone knows if there should be plenty left for tomorrow.
And does anyone have a time at which they'll go on general sale tomorrow?

No luck getting the ATG pre-sale, even after logging in first. Has anyone else had problems / got any solutions?
