Tickets now on sale for this! There doesn't seem to actually be that many available at the moment - the whole front stalls is blocked off. My guess is that they're still finalising seating layouts.
However Row E in the centre of the Circle seems an absolute bargain at £15, so I grabbed some!
EDIT: I think I've booked the last preview - the £15 seats become £25 from the following week.

Can anyone make sense of the seating plan for this?
They say it's not finalised, but I'm not inclined to book while it appears there is a whole front stalls section unavailable to buy.

What I think it is, with the New London being a flexible seating arrangement that can change, they probably haven't actually decided what seats are going to be where. If I'm correct (I'm sure Theatremonkey will be able to confirm/deny) the rear Stalls are fixed and won't change, hence why they're on sale, but the front section can be moved about in any way that they want. |

So I have had loads of e mails about tickets from this; all from agencies!
Why nothing from RUG who I assume are the main ticket provider?
Anyway, glad as with the Cats revival, ticket prices are just under current West End top prices. There was a time where every new ALW musical set a new high for ticket prices.

PLEASE NOTE. The Stalls seating plan has not been finalised.
The configuration of seats is subject to change

I was just going to ask if anyone had managed to find the front stalls on sale for any date. Think I will hold off buying until they are on sale - I expect the whole section to be premium and top price though.

I've just booked for me and my nephew for the first Saturday evening, Right up the back at the side and in red on Theatre Monkey's plan but only £15 each so I'm happy

Yes, it is only the fixed middle blocks in the stalls and circle, plus the "permanent" parts of the side stalls that are currently on sale. In the stalls, it means that row C for "Show Boat" is row I for "School of Rock." There is a plan on theatremonkey now, for those interested, and it will update nearer the time. The official statement on the Really Useful Theatres web page reads, "Please note: Current seating plans are not true representations of the final auditorium layout. Whilst we try to ensure accuracy as far as possible, we cannot guarantee that seat locations will not change when the show begins installation in October 2016. In particular, please be aware that some seating may end up closer or further from the stage than currently shown. Customers with specific requirements are advised to discuss these with the theatre prior to booking to avoid any confusion." I booked an early ticked for Show Boat that changed to a few seats over once they actually got in the theatre and set the final configuration. I had booked an aisle seat and they kept me there, even though the seat number changed when a few seats were added to the row. My friends got notified by email, but See Tickets actually mailed the new ticket to me. |

Tricky one to book (now) with not all seating confirmed, I may just go with my original plan of waiting till the new year or see what gets confirmed in stalls!! Although I am seeing some £29 seats, I need to do my background checks on Theatre Monkey and perhaps I will go with one of those, I’m flexible with dates in November (just ‘Big’ booked in Plymouth).
I have some flexi hours that I could utilise for day seating queuing if that’s an option (I’m not a big day seater par say having only done it once for ‘Kinky Boots’ and technically ‘Made in Dagenham’ but my mate did that!) but torn to book now or hold out etc.
Damn the cast recording being so good making me excited for this musical!!

I feel that. This is probably the show I've been most looking forward to coming over for months now! The cast album is brilliant, so energetic and really captures the spirit of the show, which I love. I don't want to start the dayseat convo this early on, but I am really hoping that it is an option, as I've booked so early in previews, if I love it I'll definitely want to go back and see it again without having to pay a fortune (as it'll be near the xmas hols I guess it'll sell well with families.) Plus I want to drag some friends along with me, who aren't theatregoers normally and don't want to pay a fortune (students). I guess we'll have to wait and see... same goes for stage height!  |

I assume it's that section of the theatre where the seating can be changed and what's behind it is fixed.
Can you even see the join where the moving part joins the fixed part of the theatre any more?

You can't go wrong back there, and £15 is a bargain indeed, fiyero. Is there a particular reason the far sides of E are red on your plan? That was all I could get on the Saturday I'm taking my nephew |

Can you even see the join where the moving part joins the fixed part of the theatre any more? I sat on the front row for Show Boat last week and could see the revolve under my feet. During the show, I thought someone was knocking or kicking my seat as I seemed to be "jumping". Took a while for the penny to drop- every time there was dancing or fighting going on up on stage, I jumped. Very springy sitting on that revolve, as it always was... Sat on it once for Cats- I can remember walking to our seats and thinking we'd paid an awful lot to sit at the back behind some oversized rubbish. Then during the Overture we moved, or jumped our way round to the front, now looking at the rubbish we'd first sat behind. Always thought they could have used the revolve a bit more in the show, but that was it! |

It seems like Show Boat is being complete forgotten about - on my way into London this afternoon I've seen more paper & tube adverts for SoR than I've seen for Show Boat since it opened! Maybe they don't want to make the same mistakes....but great to see so much advertising!!

I chose a seat for £55 in Row I on the side, I hope that's not too bad. I don't mind being a bit to the side but I hate being far away from the stage, so this seemed the best compromise.
When I saw War Horse from the front row in that theatre, I felt like being in the trenches myself. Not only was I overwhelmed with smoke, but I felt rather "deep" down and had to look up to the stage, so that wasn't very pleasant. And I figure whatever other seats will go on sale in the front stalls later will be premium or at least £75 top price.

I've been away for a few days so missed the priority booking & cheap tickets too but got E35 in circle for £15.75 from Amazon tickets after looking on Theatremonkey first.
