Apologies if there is a thread for this already but I couldn't find one and it certainly deserves one. I saw it last night and it really is terrific. Very, very funny and then a sudden switch to something very dark and unexpected with serious things to say.
It's almost two plays for your money but both parts are cleverly linked, in ways beyond two recurring characters, with some very subtle clues dropped in through the first half hour.
It's a very sharp piece of writing with lovely performances from all the cast, but particularly from the fantastic Andy Rush. I've not laughed so much in ages as during his big sales pitch.
I imagine anyone who likes Inside Number 9 or Black Mirror will like this.
A terrific follow up to this writer's earlier work, that bodes well for interesting things to come.
It runs until the 10th of February
Recommended.
