Just what we need another production of Hamlet. ok yes I might end up seeing this depend on casting but there have been so many different Hamlets on the last few years do we really need another one, esspecilay after the Almeida one and how it made the play feel very contemporary and resonant to our current times.

Depends when it opens - He is rather tied up until the end of March. So it is unlikely that he would be in the opening play of the season (assuming an end of April start)

Is Claudius the role for him? I could see him enjoying Old Hamlet/Player King rather more.
Perhaps Leontes is more his bag?

No director mentioned for either this or As You Like It, they aren’t going to try and direct ot as a company are they? It just says ‘presented by the Globe Ensemble’. A very brave choice if so.
