Yea, caught me by surprise too, but to be honest, I think it's a good thing. I feared a terrible scrum for tickets, but the booking process was quick and easy as I had to queue for about two minutes only and nothing crashed during payment. If people had been primed about the start of sales for weeks, it would probably have been worse. Also, I love how we all have booked front row here  |

I managed to snag a first row for my November visit. Dreamgirls, Side Show, Lazarus, School of Rock, Bodyguard for now. Fly back, a week break, finalize 2017 budgets and plans at work then fly to the US for a total theatre binge in New York and Chicago until the end of 2016. YEAH!
Triple thanks to viserys who directed me to the site and the tip on the first row seats. For some reason the main website couldn't come up using a basic search engine.

I too would like to echo the thanks for the info on the website and front row seats! I could find nothing online (they really need to work on their SEO) and wasn't going to bother when I saw the available prices on Love Theatre! Got my front row seats for early December.

Booked for Sunday, October 30th. Ticket info on the website says Tuesday to Sunday at 8pm. However, on the booking page the Sunday performances are at 3pm. Hoping 3pm is correct as I'd much prefer to watch a matinee.

It can be the same theatre and still be a different adjacent space. Look at the National, the Royal Court, the Young Vic, the Soho.

I wonder how they will manage the sound in both the theatres? At the current theatre, you can already hear the weather, traffic etc outside, so with another musical right next door, I wonder how much that will effect either show?

Hmm, problem with a new theatre is that you don't have a clue about sightlines. Not fancying a front row seat, looks like my next best bet would be a £35 one, but that far back, how much are you actually going to see? Then again, you could stretch to £55 six rows forward and have the same problem... Will try to track down some US reviews and see just how close you need to be for this.
Anyone know what the deal is with the 'i' on some seats? It's not showing up on my ipad when I click - just tries to book the seat!

Just checked a random performance, and all available aisle seats have the 'i' (and no other). Apparently, it denotes that additional information is available. In this case, it's simply that it's an aisle seat. |

Anyone noticed that big chunk of seats in the premium seating hasn't been put on sale? Recon these will be premium premium seats? I imagine this will be a super hot ticket so cud charge what they want for them
