That was utterly painless once I got into the website. Lots of availability and the site was speedy.

Is P35 stalls okay monkey or anyone? The Q seats that I had the first two times were gone by the third time. It's slightly more (£30) so I presume there's less of a block?

There's a photo of the view from Q35 on seatplan, which looks like P35 has the pillar beside it rather than in front of it. So can't see how it would restrict anything although theatremonkey notes a complaint from someone about it blocking action happening in the boxes, presumably for a specific production.

Sorry, depending on the date that may have been me... blame @theatremonkey for the recommendation, and some good seatplan photos!

There was no option for box office collection or delivery when I booked for All My Sons - have they done away with physical tickets completely now?

Seamless. Just a few minutes in queue, got my favourite seat (again!), paid and did it all whilst in a conference call (and I was presenting! I'm such a pro.)

Presumably you can still walk up to the box office and buy one.
Otherwise - my memory may be a little hazy, but I don't remember a physical ticket option when I booked for 'Sylvia' and 'Sea Wall' either (I booked both at the same time) - in both cases, there was just a .pdf which you could either display on your phone screen or print at home.
I suspect a lot of people are still at the bottom of the learning curve with .pdf tickets, or at least with gaining entrance to events by displaying them on a phone screen. Nice idea in theory, but it depends on people having their sh*t together and making sure it's saved to somewhere easily accessible on their phone before they get to the point where tickets are checked. Judging by what I saw at 'Sylvia' the other week - and at 'Allelujah' at the Bridge last month - that's something a lot of people haven't yet managed to figure out.

After trying to battle the queues to get the tickets sorted (and eventually giving up) I finally managed to sort them out tonight without any messing. Ended up in the Bayless circle for the American Clock and getting the Q3 stalls pillar seat for All my sons. Based on reviews from board members and @theatremonkey . I thought that it was worth a punt for £21.

Q35 is fine, I've sat there before. It depends a lot where the stage extends out to, but often the pillar does line up with the side of the stage, so you miss nothing at all. That's why it is far more expensive. I was left with P35, which I don’t know and, in the panic to finally achieve something after being ‘errored’ out twice, I didn’t have time to google it. It is worryingly red on your site though.

Actually I think they have changed the price of the seats at the end of row P - P5 is now £21, P35 is £30. Fairly sure they used to be more than that. Interesting that they think there is more of a restriction at the low numbered end than the high end.

Quick question, TM - is there a possibility that rows A-D might still be added, or is E guaranteed to be the front row for the two Miller plays? Thanks...

Thanks - I’m not thinking about day seats, more hoping that my row E seats will remain the front row. I’ll keep an eye on the website as you suggest and maybe exchange them if needed
